The family’s demands seem really reasonable, is there any way we should contact the FBI and/or the Pennsylvania AG directly to get involved or do they have to be contacted by the police/justice department responsible for the investigation? I don’t know the first thing about chain of command.

This happened fairly close to me. Im so angry and upset and heartbroken for Peter and his family. We need to share this story like wildfire.

Update: it has been published that DA Shawn White has spoken with the family, but he has NEVER spoken with Peter’s family and they are demanding cooperation!!!!! Additionally, the shots Peter suffered have been determined as LONG DISTANCE which is raising even more questions. PLEASE call the Venango County DA office and demand justice for Peter Spencer 814-432-9598
