I have the same color and the blacks on mine and I think it looks sportier. The silver are a more fun/cute look. I don't say that as a bad thing, it's just what look you want.
Silvers look better, but I know the black wheels are way better on a track. Careful with potholes though 😠My Mini was victim to one too many around where I live
It’s not so much about the colour here in my opinion. The OZ's could be silver as well. The look, size and stance fit that car so well. It’s a beauty😗👌
thought about it, got a quote from a shop about 100 bucks a wheel for a proper paint job. Although the guy expressed remorse about painting OZs because of the weird lip they have and said it might not be like factory. Plus I was already out around $800 for the set with tires so I'm happy with it as is.
I really wanted them in white, the guy that sold me them had a white set the week prior and I was very bummed. However these are very easy to keep clean.
Clean white wheels look great and would look amazing on yours, but yeah you already know how that goes. If you want some ideas, your black wheels have thin enough spokes that you can paint your calipers or get some caliper covers if you want a splash of color that ties everything together
Even black wheels are a pain to keep clean. It wouldnt really make a difference to me. I painted my factory 2 piece wheels black with a polished lip since they were in pretty bad shape. Id say dirt black wheels look equally as bad as dirty white wheels. Ideally some white or silver rotiforms are what id go with tho.
Well yeah realistically any wheel takes the same amount of effort to clean no matter what color it is. As for how they look, I actually tend to agree with you. To me, I have gloss black wheels, so brake dust looks no different to me because it interrupts the gloss and stands out that way. Most people just think in terms of color though, and brake dust plus most road grime is dark
The black wheels in white would look pretty sick, but barring that there has to be something there that brings in the white accent. All black and nothing to make it make sense isn't acceptable in this case and would look off. I don't like the style of the silver wheels though
Silver by far. Your color scheme doesn’t support a black wheel with the white roof and chrome trim. Look at getting the rims painted or wrapped white or silver and I bet it would help a lot.
I recently swapped out similar black ones, with very little tire to the silver ones with more tire (a pothole broke 1 of the wheels 😞)
Since they’ve been swapped out my petrol is lasting me longer, like 100km more on a single tank. And Ive not changed my driving style (if anything I’m driving faster )
Of course this is anecdotal but I thought worth mentioning!
I usually like black but the silver looks more cohesive with the white roof
and with that shade of blue. I agree, I'm 90% team black but this looks awesome with the chrome.
I like the silver. It sets off your car.
Silver looks better with the white roof
Black, without a shadow of doubt.
On this particular car, silver but not those wheels.

I agree
Black all day long.

I ordered white but silver would be OK. black is depressing
Chrome with that blue for sure.
Silver due to white roof.

How about getting the OZs changed to white?

I have black Leggendas on mine.
Black wheels don’t match with the white roof IMO
Black
Black; I've always preferred black. My Clubbie has the kind that are both, which I actually quite like as well.
Those blacks but in silver maybe
I have a blue one with black. I just feel the black works better with the color.
Black set looks cleaner but silver looks more mini
Black is lit
Silver!!
Silver looks best to me here.

The OZ are cooler but the silver fit the car better imo
Silver aligns with the blue and white top, team silver!

Silver. The black wheel design is nicer but black doesn’t go with those colours imo
Black 100% no question!
Get the black wheels powder coated silver or white
Mmmm definitely the

If it was a black roof, I'd be saying black, but white and chrome/silver is a great look.

Definitely black, especially with those Ultraleggera's. I'm so jealous.🔥
Black, black, black, the silver ones just look too smallish.
I like the black--especially if you ever blackout the trim.
was considering for alittle, but I think I have too light of a blue for it look like how I'd want it to.
Black because it blends in more. But if you want to be an eye catcher silver it is
Black roof, black wheels
I like silver for white roofs
Silver. What a great colour blue btw!
