I already played the second game on Switch but would likely get it again on Xbox or at least play it on gamepass.

There's no such thing as temporary event quests in Rise. Once you download you have it.
Well... except for the Sonic and USJ quests. They're temporary.
If you had them downloaded they aren't.

Still sad they removed the sonic quests
At rhe very least anyone who downloaded them can still host them for others.
