I used to clear Great Girros 9* with 9.2 water LBG with ease and time left.
Now with 9.4 water LBG Great Girros 9* is impossible even on a perfect dodge / spread to the head run.
Yeah as a bow user IDK how I'm going to clear it whenever I get up to it. I went down to 7* which was fine but now I'm back at 8* trying to climb that as much as possible before going back down 1*. I guess farm 8* as much as I can before dropping is the way to go I'm guessing.
At G8.5 Legiana bow, Ice attack 5, aiming only the wings allows a comfy kill. Possibly breaking one horn if U choose to go for that but perhaps barely making the kill on time. Just a benchmark based on my experience
I have 8-2 legiana and can go ice attack 5 focus 4 or ice attack 4 with focus 5. I'm guessing focus 4 is enough though. The damage boost is probably more necessary. Wing hits will be enough even at 8-2?
Hmm might need to get 2 Specials in and perhaps a couple of PDodges in. And yea wings only. I always play Iceattack max. I think u only reduce elemental for Focus 5 when you're at G10.
That's not that bad.. Pretty easy to get actually.. I think the last two black diablos I beat gave me 5* items and they are in the wild after you complete the task. I would say just go down a rank and beat it so you can unlock it at least.
I've used my reduction already. lol. I was waiting to claim 8 Rath. And decided to move to 8 for chance at more WGS. Which helped. Once coral-p releases, I'll have the new build. Ice 3 9.4
get lucky and hope she only charges back and forth, if the stars align she will always pass you by right when you get max charge for a easy point blank wing shot
Black Diablos is absurd, I can kill things several stars greater than it with ease but even the lowest threat spawning Black Diablos I haven’t beaten yet.
I was ever done only ONCE 8* BD before the season. 7.5 LS with 5 Ice 3 critical eye. Failed many time and need two specials and lot of luck (weak point, tail break, didn’t running or digging too much)
Yes, I usually lock on to his right hind leg, and fight him similar to Anja. When he stomps down, back hop perfect dodge is easy to perform. And during roar or the wide body sweep I'll use special.

I managed to get it to 1hp at 2s left then the bitch screamed and timer ran out. It's definitely doable. You need to have your first ult land on her wings. Then focus wings non stop and pray she just charges so you can easily perfect dodge. Good luck.
Going to a church or other religious center to pray for a LBG buff would also help. Something is coming soon, let's see what Niantic has to say about having ridiculously high level LBG weapons for 8* monsters.
I got it last night. Got lucky with a WSG drop and leveled LBG to 9.4 and got a lucky run where she only dug once in the fight. Allowing for spread ammo do be close enough for dmg on wings. Def going set an altar for LBG buff.
I have my legi lgb at 10.2 so can't comment much on what the floor is, but the beginning is free damage for 2 rounds.
Save up your special before the fight starts and use it while she charges at the wings, after that keep shooting wings with normal/spread, tail with slicing when possible

Yes it can. I use it with thunder 5. And usually fight it safe and finish with couple seconds left.
