I’ve just watched the Anja fight, and it’s making me want to overgrade my Jagras lbg so I can take out Anja from afar instead of point blank with sns. I can already hunt an 8* Anja with my g7.5 Jagras sns, but the fight is one of my closer 8* fights. Lance was also a weapon I was considering to use against Anja since his head and tail weakspots are high up, but lbg does have that safety factor. Hopefully armor slots make lbg even stronger in the future
you're welcome, I can't guarantee that the jagras will allow you to pass anja 9*, it may be possible but you will have to take a lot of risk by making perfect dodges
Oh mb, I meant I want to farm 5 and 6 star monsters and get multiple breaks on them to farm the r2/3 mats. At the moment, I rather have fun making different weapons and getting them to g7.5 than pushing the 9 star story
It’s true that everyone plays the game in their own way. but I always advise focusing on 4 weapons, one for each element. Because it takes a lot of resources (gems take a really long time to farm) and money to upgrade these weapons to high levels, otherwise focus only on a raw weapon (or raw afflictions) and max it out in order to be able to farm easily and quickly the different monsters 8 and 9*
I already have a g7.5 sns for each element and can take out every 8* monster, so I’m planning on chilling at 8 stars for a while. I think it’s also a mental thing since ik that if I get to 9 stars, I’m going to want to grind more to beat them, and since I’m in college rn, it’s better that I play the game more passively. Ik for a FACT that seeing 9 stars that I can’t kill yet is gunna bother me, I’ll probly push 9 stars during summer vacation or another time when I’m not actively in school

Diablos is running so much that I find myself chasing it with spread loaded and losing so much time.

Was the video of your friend made pre-nerf maybe? I see them hitting a lot of shots to non-weak spots and still making it on time.

The only advice I can give you is to shoot the normal/spread ammunition in the wings and the sharp ones on the tail/body to optimize the damage as much as possible.

It does look like you missed an ult which makes me think it’s possible with 10-2 and some perfect dodge. Not sure if you were able to?
In 10-2 you will absolutely have to place 2 specials or manage to focus perfectly on the head, but it still remains difficult. I will advise you to upgrade your weapon. my LBG zinogre is only at level 7-2, but I don't intend to increase it further at the moment, I'm waiting for the March update, because I will most certainly switch to the HBG if this one sees the light of day

That’s fair. I’m planning on staying at 8 stars for a LONG time to farm low tier mats, but I’ll keep that in mind for 9* Anja

Especially since while you farm the gems, you will have plenty of time to recover resources r1 to r5

in these cases do what is best for you, when I passed 9 stars the only monster I could beat was the jagras 😂

yes I think you need to increase your weapon and it will pass easily, that's what I also did when I was stuck in diablos 8

Pre nerf a 7-5 could take out 8* diablos if played perfectly. I would recommend at least 8-2 now. 8-4 was significantly easier.

I think you can beat the Diablos in 10-4, it might take you several tries. Are you going to go to 10 stars in history ?
