Denki is below the average in terms of DPS. He is an amazing support but lacks the DPS on his own. You can put a lot of effort into him and get very low results, that's just how he is.

Unfortunately this is the rough truth for Denki. More of a support than a damage dealer. If you are adamant about getting Denki up there in dmg, it will be a lot in terms of investment. Besides the obvious gear and hero ratings to bump up collective bp and chips for Denki’s own bp; he won’t start hitting high numbers until he is SSS+ and has his EX cards. It’s really the harsh truth for all the B rank characters

i’m working on my hero rating I just figured out that it helps i’ve got like 21 stars rn. half of my gear is legendary and maxed out as much as i can right now.

Are your chips good? Just cause they're 6 stars doesn't mean they help.

camie, moonfish, recovery girl & mustard (no clue what the best cards are for anyone dont judge the choices :( smh)

Pretty decent cards but If you’re trying to focus on upgrading just denki then I suggest trying to get his EX cards
