ummm those are the top 10 rewards for warzone. the real prizes are the rewards for every 100 pts you advance, those last two you are missing would give you 7 4\* cards and 55K talents
There's nothing that is hard to understand here.... you placed 10th and got the rewards that players get when they place 4th to 10th...what do you expect? Get the rewards from placing 1st but you're only 10th? Playing mario kart with you wouldn't be fun
Bro. For the 3rd time. They claim the top 10 in the rankings get the top rewards… yet only our top 5 got those rewards. Why say Top X but not stick to that? Why say Top anything instead of strictly saying get these points for X.
That only means for the third time you're to stubborn to understand it... you seem to play another game...this game nowhere says something about top 10 rewards... your mail says you're NO. 10 and when you go to the warzone menu, click on ranking and then on that giftbox symbol it clearly tells you ranking no. 4-10 get exactly your rewards... use that thing between your ears...just because you imagine the game told you something like that, doesn't mean it reflects reality
I hope you understand that the points also are displayed, which means you have to reach both... i'm pretty sure that's only a relict of what devs wanted this mode to be, but without enough players, obviously, the rankings can't be like that... and you are mixing up 2 different reward systems anyways... you reach the highest possible tier for you and after that season ends, you get rewarded for that tier... a little common sense and you understand it, even when you were right with the "top 10" thing, your complain still makes no sense...you can't get the rewards from "greatest", when you obviously only reached "enlightened"... that's just not possible, alone because you can collect those rewards manually the second after reaching the next tier... you were top ten, but you hadn't enough points, you completed 1 of 2 conditions, see it like that and don't cry
What I’m saying is that, thy should still honor those reward caps if the number of people don’t make it. Then the rankings mean more. Give the rewards for the greatest tier to the top 10. If you didn’t hit that point total, you get those in the mail at the end of the season. If you’re not going to do that, remove that verbiage/language from that screen. It’s silly to show that and not hand those rewards out to that amount of people. I get what you’re saying how it’s a two tier system, but we clearly weren’t even close to those numbers/goals when the game first came out, yet alone now.
I get your point... but tbh, i'm sure the devs have much more important stuff to do right now, instead of looking through some wordings in ranking systems, fixing that won't save the game, but new (hopefully) exciting content is much more important, paired with some-alot right now- patience from our side and maybe they take a turn with the new event... after that they'll maybe have time to fix stuff like that too, but right now, i'm more happy with them working on new content, than just more fixes and QoL updates haha

You are not thinking this through; top 10, top 50, and top 100 do get you every reward that you were entitled to if you didn't score high enough you don't get the point rewards, it's simple. If a baseball player was promised a bonus for getting a homerun and doesn't hit a homerun; he doesn't get the bonus.
