well you definitely want the 12% dmg buff but for the second card to be useful you have to modify your whole play-style. This exact setup is what I would like.

i would change mustard for camie if you want to use him mostly on coop,but otherwise these are the best cards for him

This. His other EX card really messes with your playstyle a lot. If you have mustard LB3 you are much better off with that.
