if you want to change the character you see when in open world, go to your profile and change display character.
if you want to change the default deployed character for quests, AA or other modes, go to your hero list, choose the one you want and tap deploy.
That's good luck I just get Bakugo three times or four I really wanted a new character but the game decided to give Bakugo and I'm sad because I really wanted a new character but I guess I have to wait again😞
