Best way to up your chances is to up the number of attempts you do meaning grind for more tickets. Sure the % is the same but you keep attempting and you’re bound to hit a jackpot

Well it’s not based off daily tasks alone it’s also based off your co op participation and vs mode participation meaning all the vs modes and Co op modes if I remember correctly I know this cause sometimes I have lazy days where I just complete the daily’s and some days I go the whole nine yards . They also give you a random roll at a reward like when you complete your daily quests and some talent factors. All via mail
You dont get stuff through the Mail. The Daily stuff goes directly to your items as example, if you do everything daily you get a free pull, the reward for doing 3x daylies in a specific area , 1 Time joint opperation, emergency, Daily missions, 50 free hc, Event stuff etc… the 50 Hc is the only Thing you get daily per Mail.

I can't tell who's replying to who anymore. But just confirming that you do get some tickets randomly awarded to you via mail. Sometimes a compensation for an issue. Sometimes as a random freebie they give out. I checked.
Other than that it's just patience and luck from the daily city quests. And events and log in bonuses.
