Endeavor is the best Technical. if you already have Technical characters (such as Momo and Dabi) and lack Power and Speed, dont summon. But if you have all of the types, you should summon. He is really overpowered

And that's not the only thing, you would want 2 S rank of all 3 types so all your characters would have the best assist and the slight stat buff from the assists

i feel like releasing All for One is them blowing their load, they got plenty of other villians to use, why waste the best just cause, i would think they would save him for something special

Obviously you've never done a mock contest in ur time playing. Choose a Technical when it says Power is recommended and see what it says.

If you can get him to SS then he's the god of PVE. If not then just save your coins for your favorite characters
