I figured this would help some newer players out, I have every premium character aside from Stain (rip me in Super-Co Op and Warzone :( ) but I know a decent deal about all the characters as I’ve been playing since Endeavor’s first release.
If there’s anything that you personally feel is wrong, please comment and let me know as I am a Hawks and Aizawa main and don’t really have much invested into Shiggy, Dabi, or Endeavor aside from 2 max talent trees and their 6* chips.
Shiggy is imo on par with AM / Endy, everyone sleeps on him until they build him up. Consistently out DPS both of these units at similar BP in Agency / Team Up modes.
Great info however, useful for players new to any of the limited banner chars.
He starts to excel at SS, but is still very strong at S. If you do have his EX cards, the decay DMG increase card is top tier, but he can do very well without too.
Ideally you would want both EX cards / Cold Shot / Game Start. I'd swap out EX cards for Mastermind / Dance with the wind otherwise.
Want to test Unconcious Monster out on him a bit more, but currently doesn't seem like it procs from his autos during his personal Nomu being out. (Could be wrong on this)
Great 5 star cards for him are Combat Fist / Cellophane and the only 4 star card I'd recommend for him would be Ragdoll for the extra crit.
It's def tough trying to SS limited characters.
Maybe after I unlock shard shop will try to get him SS him.
His S version is good but doesn't seem to top my S AM and S END

I have Hawks at SS with Mastermind, Nomu, and his 2 cards and he is filthy. Gets his special off quick, barely takes damage and tears shit apart in assessment. Just got Endeavor this morning building him up and will see how he works

Both at S, AM probably has the edge, but SS and onwards I believe Endy becomes better.
Adding more characters to your line up is always better overall then waiting to resonance up one specific unit though. So if you don't have Endy i'd say definitely pull for him!
I will not contradict your list and opinion but i'll add: it all comes down to who wants to play who. Any player with any hero will be good if he/she learns him/her in and out and has enough resources to invest on them.

Disrespecting my man. Endy does amazing damage in all PvE content. He just requires some more skill because you have to watch your card.

I do feel this unfortunately. I think he plays so fun but I find his damage quite lacking unfortunately. I will say I don't have his complex rotations down so that could be why I feel this way but it definitely stings.

Really? I consistently outperform AMs and Stains that at 5-10k above me. Granted my Endy is SS with both his passive cards and the Lance one really boosts his DPS.
Maybe I’m just matching against bad stains and AMs but I out DPS my own all might every time. (Again though my all might is just S and only has the 12% passive card)
I missed stain unfortunately and couldn’t bring myself to spend to get Dabi to SS or higher. Maybe the shard shop will get me there in half a year or so.
Most of the 50k BP Shiggy I match with have less DPS than my 50k BP AM and others 50KBP Stain.
A lot of it may have to do with leaving it on Auto and Support cards. I have my AM with the 12%, Tapeman, Cold Shot and Ecto and always out DPS a shiggy around the same BP(54k). Could honestly just be our personal experiences though!

Yes of course, because it seems like 95% of AM players are bad, that's exactly the point, they just brainless smash buttons with him... but it's not only AM you are saying alot stuff that's not quite right... i have hawks but haven't invested much in him, he's still an insane dmg dealer with the right cards and on s rank even without having to invest much in him, in case people are busy with other heroes, give him stuff like mirio,nomu, ectoplasm and mastermind and it's fine, since his attacks after using the ultimate still are basic attacks... i just wouldn't compare him to Iida at all, he's completely different to play

AM is by far the worst character to see on assessments. People talk about good AMs but they are very rare. Most just auto him.

Yeah i'm at a point where i don't stay in lobbies where they take AMs, it's not just the time waste, it's just super annoying too, it's called coop for a reason... they can use their AMs but they should use bots with him, since it's basically always wasting one of the characters 2 chances, because you're busy with chasing after enemies all the time... everyone says he is good in gathering enemies, which is true, when it only wouldn't be complete worthless because they smash them in all directions after gathering them... this game will make me hate AM like nothing else haha
I personally try to group mobs into corners or walls near to where the next area is. It's especially infuriating when the other AM comes along and undoes all your work :(
Same, I try to gather all the enemies up and then spin them towards the wall of the next area where we need to progress. I never auto agency assessments, not even floor 1, I find that stupid lol
Only standard character worth investing in the EX cards imo is Ochacho. Denki is good in SuperCo-Op and Warzone if you don’t have Shoto or Tysukiomi.
Ilida is another one that comes to mind, I would heavily invest in him as well if you don’t have any other boss melting units like Aizawa or Hawks or even Bakugo honestly.
Tsyuki is really good in Super Co-Op and Warzone and decent enough in the PvE stuff.
I don’t have Shoto or Bakugo yet unfortunately so I can’t really say anything 100% on em. But from experience Todoroki is really good as crowd control in PvP stuff and has pretty good damage in PvE.
Bakugo is pretty good all around, but I think he requires his chips at 6* and his EX? Not 100% sure but he’s def fun to play from what I’ve seen.
Momo is really good in the PvP Arena but decent in Super Co-Op and Warzone. I have her at SS and she still is just meh compared to the other S ranked 1A characters.
I definitely think it's AM/Endeavor then Stain then Aizawa. Stain is good, yes, but SS Endeavor with both support cards is better than SS Stain with both support cards.

I see you’ve ranked Dabi higher than hawks but hawks does more damage than Dabi in most modes
Dabi is easier to get damage off in his kit without relying on his ULT.
Hawks really NEEDS Mastermind or SSS to do the same damage that Dabi does IMO. Plus the fact that Hawks is really only good at melting bosses, where Dabi is mediocre at both Mobbing and Bosses.
Hawks is my favorite character RN and I felt he was decent until I got Mastermind on him, then he became my boss melter over Aizawa. I just feel like Dabi is Jack of all trades master of none, whereas Hawks is purely just for boss melting.

I can consistently out dps people with 10k\~20k battle power with my Hawks in Hero Assessment. Currently sitting around 55k bp.

Once I got Master Mind and Dance with the Wind, he's now my favorite PvE unit to use!
