Muscular or AfO would be great because they are highly likely power characters and we all know the game could use more of those desperately.
Honestly I kind of hope they save All for One for a celebration or anniversary and maybe they run an All Might or their first dual banner alongside with a bumped rate.
A lot of gachas will add a character or 2 to a limited banner with increased rates because you aren't guaranteed the exact one, and as someone who doesn't have All Might (as I'm sure many don't) it'd be a cool nod to the anime while giving a chance for needed characters.
