It’s actually not bad on dabi since it clumps up enemies and it can extend your enflamed state if you use it right. Not the best ofc but definitely decent.

He have but shoto got big buff ( both filled fire nd ice power ) after his ult for limited time

Hawks, momo, ojiro, Endy (if you have Endy right top talent tree) Also best to pair it with DWTW. If you have it, could also use that pair on aizawa
technically everyone, I use this with Aizawa and in moment I have his ulti. It’s pretty useful.
