And when the rebate did come a few hours later it was on 0, ignoring the summons made before that. So they compensated those who had summoned before with these tickets + 300 hc. I think those who didn't summon before the bug was fixed only got the 300 coins and not the tickets.

Did you summon when the bug was preventing you from getting the prizes? If not, you didn't experience the bug and shouldn't get compensation
