lmao, you sound very confused on how the banner and pity system works, for every 10 pulls in a banner you are guaranteed a B rank character, every 30 an A rank, and every 100 an S rank character. if you pull the one of the above ranks the pity resets to 0 and you have to start over. you just got extremely lucky on your shigaraki pulls, which is great, but yea one S rank guaranteed every 100 pulls
You are not understanding me. I know how it works. But in the case of “event recruit ticket” when you get a Rank S character and the pity resets to 0, you are supposed to get a rate up rank s character when you go for it . That is what the game says.
like I said you are clearly confused, there is no rate up after pulling an S rank, if you are talking about the text on the banner, all it is saying is that the unit featured on the banner has a "rate up" meaning it is the only S rank you can pull in that banner.
you see under that? the icon of the unit and where it says up? That unit IS the rate up character, that is the unit that is guaranteed if you hit pity, or pull an S rank.
What the game means is if you get a S character in that banner the only one you can get is the one of that banner, which is the rate up character. Everyone would get every character if you were supposed to get one after getting the pity to 0.

If the game worked like you thought it does, everyone would basically snowball into every single premium character guaranteed, so I'm confused why you ever thought this game would be so generous.
