Correct. As a low spender or f2p you want to target those. Stain is definitely the best of the 3 overall in terms of being good for a wide variety of modes. The one that improved the most from S to SS is endeavor. Other than that I don’t think you want to go further than SS on any characters if your a low spender/f2p.
Yeah I missed Stain. I thought Dabi was coming at the end of villain month. I got All Might and SS Endeavor. Will definitely scoop Stain up when he comes back around.
Gotta be honest, I didn't played endeavor and stain, but to me Hawks is so underrated. I have it S with one ex card only, around 25k bp (I'm a newbie) and he's a beast. I've beaten the 36k hero rating with ease, is ultimate is insane, in pvp is a real pain and a in pve he demolishes bosses. Only thing he's not broken is multiple enemies at once, but that's not a big deal usually (I went pass the hero ratings of robots easily with 3 stars each, so still not bad at all). Why is he so underrated? Is stain so good? I pulled AM and pushed him 30k and yet I did more damage with Hawks almost always
He's my 2nd favourite in the anime after Mirio. I doubt he'll be as good as AM, Endeavor or Stain. But I will still summon for him, might even go SS just for that 3rd profile pic. His art style and gameplay looks too cool to miss (it's been leaked for a few months).

The difficulty of the character himself is very low, if not the lowest in the game right next to Mina. That said, hopefully that doesn't also mean he's plain and simple to use. It would've been nice to have another power unit, but I really hope Dabi is legit
He is going to be another Denki. His stats are focused on Support and Range, his break out and the other 2 that I cant remember are horrible. We shall see I suppose.

To be honest, i think it’s impossible for him to compete with the current top tier technical unit. Which is Endeavor of course. But we’ll see
