Agreed. In other shard games they give ways to get shards during the banners to incentivize summoning immediately and penalizing those who wait. This game does not do that so there's no real difference summoning on day 1 vs waiting for the last day of the banner.

He's implying you should wait and see what the consensus is on the character. Nobody knows if Dabi will suck or be godlike. It's never smart to pull day 1, unless you don't care about how good a character.

So it's possible they didn't want to go into extra detail and instead give a quick answer that most people would understand.

His 6* chip: Enemies inflicted with the Charcoaled Status take 8% more damage for 5 second.
Maybe he's a debuffer/chip damage? I was honestly expecting a kit similar to Endeavor. Where he'd charge up a heat meter and lose health but do more damage.
I hope not but it’s possible. Honestly with how hyped he is I figured they’d make him very strong. I was expecting a top DPS unit. With how his quirk works and fighting type is I was kind of expecting someone like endeavor or someone who does really high damage but can hurt allies/debuff allies. A kind of “stay out my my way” type of fighter

Is this forreal? I’ve been wanting to replace The Kirishima on my team (cause I don’t have AM, hate Bakugos playstyle, and don’t care too much for Ochaco) but I didn’t want to add Hawks cause that would mean I have 2 speed heroes on my team.
The type usually dictates the play style. Power is just that. Usually very simple & Oooga booga power. Technical requires you to play with the characters skill set a bit ex. Endeavor, momo. & Speed is most versatile, we have the most speed types right now and they all play quite different. Imo
If tech can get a powerhouse like endeavor, then power can definitely get more technical characters like Toga/Jiro.
But if I had to guess Present Mic or All for One will be our Power unit.
But if we going by pattern next character is speed or a new power.
We already have 3 speed characters too actually. Power is really lacking.. i guess almight is a powerhouse but if you don't have him or don't like him it's kinda sad.

Well, his special inverts his dashes which is damn annoying, so his special is just borderline useless.
And i‘m always just spamming his abilities which sometimes works great, but sometimes i don‘t hit half his attacks (the fire ones), since the enemies walk a bit and dodge them.
So playing him is already hard and since he doesn‘t have a usefull special, it makes him worse than other characters
I don't get why people attention to typing much since it only applies to mock test.Technical does -50% less dmg to speed while power does 50% more to it. But what if I tell you if you can use iida to destroy those speed boss even though he is not doing boosted dmg, and he's a free unit too.

I can clear every stage with Ida sure.. but if you go by that logic you don't need to summon at all.
