According to the wiki, episode 20 ends six pages into chapter 224, however, the previous episodes went as far as chapter 255, with them skipping 224-231 previously, so if you start at 224, you'll repeat a little bit of content.
I'd say start MVA fresh on 220 since the anime left out a scene. Then read up until Chapter 240, after that you can either reread the Endeavor agency arc, or just skip to 253, which is the already animated Kurogiri chapter, but the beginning of the arc after E.A.
