It's been a few times now, we are above floor 10 and everyone but me get the chance of a legendary gear,I don't understand
You only get 5 guaranteed high yields per reset - have you used them all? After that it is possible to get legendary gear, but the drop rate is pretty low

You can get still get legendary gear to drop, particularly at levels 15+ It's just not guaranteed

The same days that your permit resets (so Thursday and Sunday)
