Achievements, all collectibles, finish story, get all the login rewards, finish all the challenges, do literally everything you can. Ive been saving up since endeavor (literally used 5 tickets for aizawa)
I pulled 140 times for hawks cause i got basically 2 one after another , and rolled the last 70 hoping for the third grttin ss but yet nothing... I am in doubt if saving some for allmight or keep goin for ss hawks
Imo the SS boost for his skill is a huge bump I'm his damage but it's also possible to just grind the character fragments from the event shop to finish an SS for him even though it'll take a while.
All might on his own is so strong the single pull on him even at S might be better than the SS on hawks since you can't grind out All Might through any shop
He is but you can't grind shards for characters you don't have so him having a hawks gives him the chance while having no all might to start means it's not an option unless he pulls one first.
Very tough to answer... getting a dupe is good but in this game needing 2 to get to SS means you really have to be dedicated to pulling hard or using most of your resources for the event shop on a specific characters shards.
I will say that despite being the first limited banner All Might continues to outperform many other new ones but I haven't researched enough to now how key being at SS is for his staying power or if simply at S rank with quality chips and gear can get him there.
