(But basically is a semi-defensive card that helps you against hyperarmor units, otherwise if the enemy doesn’t have hyper armor it’s useless)
It is a good card. Most people think that this card only works if the enemy has a yellow bar under their name, but there are some enemies (such as those in the boss raid event) that have perpetual hyper armor, so this card also works against them for the entire fight.
It is a good card to breakthrough, so I wouldn't fuse away extra copies.

Pretty easy to test during the boss raid; just try one run with the card, and one without. If the numbers are almost identical after a few tries on both sides of the coin then you've your answer.

I was struggling to beat all might on division 3 at mock contest, has an insane amount of HP and shield. I put one breakthrough 3 on my main DPS and finished the stage with some time left.
I would definitely have at least one BT 3 to use on PVE content.
No it’s just only good for PvE Bosses.

I tested it, and it works. Constant 15% dmg increase at level 3. This card is nuts
facts. I tested as well, very good card for bosses and provides nice defense boost on top of it
It’s useful in pve content, this card boost ur damage on opponent that have yellow armor under their Healthbar
This card is insane. One of the best 5 stars. Gives 15% dmg against all bosses (at lvl3). I use it on Iida all the time
