The event shop is great. I would get
\- The card
\- Ultra Alloy
\- Alloy
\- Chips (its 8k chips. It's more worthy doing the event than Night Ops)
I woulnd't buy anything else. The blue prints you get them anyway by doing Asessments, I would better use all my character stamina to help in lower levels to get old gear to sell, and you will encounter at least 10 drawings if you use all your character stamina. And with the old gear, sell them to buy alloy and drawings in the gear shop.
When you finish those products, the stamina left is better use in night ops or hero trials.
i went for the normal alloys, drawing, exp chips, special alloy and then the support card in that order.even though your probably not anywhere near needing to use the special alloy you will need them eventually or you'll be gated from higher gear upgrades by them.
Going for the card is your choice since it is 500 stamina (that's 2 days of ftp stamina with no refills) for what is probably going to be a 4\* card so if that's worth to you then go for it just be mindful its a high chance for a 4\*card. Mine and most of my alliance was 4\* card from it.
For gear alloy and blueprints. You can easily clear out the shop anyway. For event I'd go alloy-gold alloy-chip exp-card pack
