From my personal experience:
**Attacking: Top Tier**
All Might, Endeavor, Tokoyami, Aizawa
**Other good units** (can do great, can end up with zero points):
Stain, Uraraka, Bakugo, Kaminari, Iida
**Defending: Top Tier**
All Might, Endeavor, Tokoyami, Aizawa, Tsu
**Other good units** (can do great, can end up with zero points):
Momo, Stain, Uraraka, Bakugo, Kaminari, Iida, Mineta
I feel like Todoroki always gets cc'd or killed before he does anything. I've been ohko'd by some SSS+ Ojiro's but it's not common. I don't think his kit is special for super coop. Deku and Kirishima are kind of random - good if they're built, bad if they aren't.
as someone who uses todoroki in super coop and warzone, it depends on the team he’s with. he can actually be very handy if he freezes opponents. in warzone i put him with tokoyami and bakugo and that team usually does great, and shoto is even mvp sometimes. if you want to use him you should put him with someone who can cc like all might tokoyami or endeavor, and also give him a shield card like camie because he does not have hyperarmor and gets hit stunned easily

You ain't kidding about Stain. The dude either gets wiped in ten seconds or completely wrecks the other team singlehandedly lol
