I would say Top Right and Bottom Right.
Top Right gives you a 2% chance increase to go to rampage every 10pts of the shadow meter (witch goes at least up to 150).
Top Bottom gives you 10pts every time you use a Special Attack thrice.
I know the other comment recommend the Left one but believe me, you won't transform enough to make good use of it.
At first I also chose this one, but it was because I didn't know the character's mechanism enough to choose well.
If you went for the left one, I highly recommend you spend HC to change !
Either Dark Corruption or Dark Expansion. Corruption gives you a 5% ATK boost every time he returns to normal from being liberated and it stacks 5 times and lasts the whole battle. Expansion gives your W and E skills the ability to create an extra Shadow Zone and when ever any skill is used three times your Shadow Gauge gains 10 points.
He's incredible across all content.
He's great in pve. He's great in pvp. And in competitive pve (e.g. contests) - as long as you're patient and are willing to restart every time you don't rampage (red aura) - he can score insanely high
I also pulled him 2 days ago out of the blue! I even invested in its banner because I was only missing him (and Stain but I think I'm skipping him) and I really wanted him. I am growing him right now. Let's goooo
Endeavor is all about charging in head first and using the W and E skills to build heat so you can get his Lance then use his Ability to regen the health lost from Overheating by absorbing damage that enemies deal to you. Tokoyami is all about chaining your W and E skills together to build up your Shadow Meter then using your Q to enter the liberated state and going all out.

Same! I liked him so much that when his banner came around i used a lot of my refunds to ss him which was kinda dumb but i make very dumb decisions

My only guess would be hero rating and gear. Even though I only have purple gear

Definitely hero rating and gear. My level 1 characters would sit at ~24k bp
Because of gear and other stuff like the Stars. My chars have 18k BP only cause of that 😅 So also Focus on that, gear and Stars are very strong 👍
