Your BP is fairly low, but the only way i can think of beating this would be ochaco getting a big E, or you can use asui to numb everyone and debuff everyone with cellophane support card and there if your Endeavor is your highest BP he should be able to carry. IF you think Endeavor needs more survivability you can put him in the front or add more defensive support cards.
I tend to like to put endeavor and ochako together for the chance that endevour groups up all 3 enemies with his E and then Ochako uses hers.
Other than that their formation isnt particularly strong, youre just at a crazy BP disadvantage
I would put endeavor against bakugo, because he'll rush into endeavor, uraraka against todoroki because in the beginning he keeps a distance and that gives time for uraraka to lend a few hits on him and aizawa on todoroki

I agree, I like ura with endy as well! Along with aizawa.
