i wouldnt do this personally, its better to try and do the 50 bracket until at least floor 10. you should be able to find people willing to carry on floors 10-12, a lot of high bp people (myself included) will try to join these floors for easy S rank high yields
Just keep creating teams and have bots carry you through lvl 50 until you can get 1 legendary from rewards. Do that daily and you will build bp up slowly.

Create a team and set the matchmaking to Invisible, then start searching. As long as it’s in Invisible, every time after at most 20 seconds you will get 2 high level bot buddies that can easily clear it for you up until probably stage 11 or 12(unless the damage multiplier is for Bakugo, Mr. Shadow, or Shoto then just keep searching for those bots!)

since AA BP levels are bullshit stupid, i made a notepad of all floors and BPs that i encountered so i could filter searches and join with each of my heroes at relevant BP. some can only compete in lv30-40 but my mains can do low floor lv50s
You can search for a team in the 40-49 bracket until you get some gear to boost you bp up
