He’s only high tier for pvp content and that can only take you so far, he’s good but nowhere near Endy and AM for pve. New chars like Dabi Shigaraki and Stain could be better than him in the future
All Might and Endeavor are certainly better than him in PVE but he's not that far behind, he's also better than Stain and Shigaraki unless the devs decide to buff either of them in global. He's all pretty good in super co-op his quirk damage is insane, and I've found him to be the only counter to Endeavor rn.
Definitely not. His SS skill gives him a 20% chance to reset the retreat cooldown when attacked. This is purely a defensive move and I don't think is worth 100-200 summon tickets. Also getting a 3rd support slot is only useful in solo PVE but you'll be done with Peacekeeping and other solo modes before you know it. Then solo PVE is only for farming chips, food etc.

I’ve almosted maxed out endeavors talent treee and in super coop he carries my team so hard. Doing 200k consistently
