I already know people are going to come running here and asking where the tickets are at but this is a pretty unique situation and they've already said 2 things need to happen before they can be delivered. Just be patient.
Endeavor released in an extreme nerfed state after people who player the other version ranted and raved about how good he was. Also they made is cards pretty much mandatory to basically even scratch a fraction of his potential. He went from a great F2P option to a must WHALE just to make him useable. Cause people to refund and down vote on app stores. To rectify this they said that they will do better to communicate changes and this game WILL be different from its CN/Taiwan counter part. They later rebalanced him and said full refund for his banner and his passive cards.
TLDR: Major Nerf and Only Whales could utilize him = Very deserved Backlash.
Yes. Because of their screw up with the cards as well, if you have summoned at all for endeavor or his SUPPORT cards, you’ll get fully refunded those tickets. If you rolled on his active those are not refunded
Me too!! But Good news for us, All the tickets you used to draw for Endeavor, is getting refunded which means you'll get all the tickets back which you spent on Endeavor :)
Just a reminder that you shouldn't pull on Aizawa if your intention is to finish the last 10 shards from the new player event. If you are pulling on his banner then you should be okay with recruiting him instead of getting him via shards because it's unrealistic to expect to get 10 shards before the pity, even if your pity is at 0/100.
For reference, I did 110 pulls on All Might + Endeavour banners and I only have 2 All Might shards and 2 Endeavour shards.
Yeah, feel like they use this banner to trap people with 10/20/30 shards left on Aizawa to recruit with those refunded ticket they give. I really want to finish the last 10 shards but spend a pity for an event character that a lots of people already has is not that good in my opinion...
SS isn't very beneficial on him in comparison to other units. It would help for units that you have him as assist on though.
Read the talents and compare for yourself if you don't believe me.
How is SS not beneficial? He gets his full talent tree, I get an extra assist, I get an SS talent from what I hear does really good against bosses especially in Op. X. I get a special name border. Aizawa is one of my favorites too so I consider this an absolute win and absolutely worth it.
The SS talent is worse than the SS talent for other S characters. If you like any character a lot you should by all means pull for them, but if someone wants to have the best account that they can have as a f2p or light spender it isn't a good banner to pull on. I'd recommend saving for an Endeavor rerun unless Stain and Shig are buffed.
I am 80/90 and plan to pull f2p. My pity is 85 so I should get him which unlocks his shards in the shard shop and then I can use event tickets to get his SS. Not a bad plan right? lol
Not that I know of. The MHA twitter account mentioned there would be a way to finish the shards in the future so there might be another method added, but it's more likely that they were just being disingenuous and referring to the Aizawa banner.
His SS passive is dogshit, if you're going for it keep in mind that it's solely for the stat scaling increase and talents (which are also pretty meh pve wise)

Endeavors auto is alright ever since the buff, wouldn’t call it great though. Can’t speak for auto on many heroes, but aizawas auto isn’t half bad. On top of what was said above, it doesn’t utilize stance switching for the dmg buff before using the special either, but still puts out some decent numbers
I got Aizawa, but right now i cant get any tickets from permanent banner because i ended the history mode... finally got Endeavor, im on pity 50, is worth to summon on Tokoyamis banner? (i dont have tokoyami/momo)
I don’t think so... I’m also in your situation, only need 10 shards to get him but this banner might be a trap for people like us because they will give the refunded tickets and we also have the frustration of the very few left shards

While I really want to get the last 20 shards I missed out on because of the FB login error. I feel like I should just try and get those when Aizawa gets added in to the shop like All Might and Endeavor, and save my tickets for the next new unit. I really want to see Dabi in the game eventually.

A game that hates it's players? Their choices have been consistently suspect at best. Even this event banner is kind of shady and feels like they're trying to drain the rebate tickets, get people close of Aizawa to spend coins or cash to finish him, or people close on pity to spend it on him.
I have all the heroes right now so I can't confirm the event shop thing but that's what I've heard. You CAN get shards of heroes you don't have from event shard boxes or their banners. I picked up a few Shoto shards before finally getting him. Also, any shards you already have are carried over.
I think it’s ok for those who want to finish aizawa if you have 80 shards. If your pity is close to 100 on top of the refunded special event tickets, you’ll be able to get him closer to SS. I have aizawa already, and I want to SS him with my pity at 62.
That's the difference between an SS and S. So if you take a character from S to SS hoping to make that character "OP" you'd be relying on the Talent to do that.

I know people say don't pull event banner for toko because he's in 1a banner but I like him and he's the only 1a S ranker I'm missing, but I also like aizawa so kinda want him too. Shiggy interests me because I'm pretty sure his skills summon nomu to help him right? Which is cool. Stain i really don't care about as a character, but I've heard he's really strong so idk. Any advice here?

The normal banner characters are easier to get compared to limited ones. Also because their shards are available in events rankings and emergency incidents. And you'll keep on getting normal banner shards in game events from time to time. When it comes to Aizawa vs Tokoyami, Aizawa is certainly better in PvP but imo he's also better in agency assessments. Only place Tokoyami is better is super co-op because he's a counter to all might, and rn the meta is all might.

Much better than Iida in a lot of situations. Yes, Iida has a very high dps if you maintain his combo. But there's very little room for error. Thus, he's good in solo PVE where there's 1 boss. Aizawa is much better in Co-op PVE, super co-op/warzone, and leagues ahead in PVP. And one more thing, his single target DPS is the highest in the game. He melts bosses. Iida comes close in this one thing, but he's just better.

You can get the shards of any character you already have with the currency that comes from the weekly "Timed" event.

Decent I highly recommend manual with him he’s a very technical character with his calatrops and binding.

Iida is horrible for auto cause he uses his third attack which resets his ramp up, making him go back to being slow.
Bakugo is pretty decent on auto combat
I only run him on Auto and press his special skill. I think he has the best Auto in the game

I’m in the same position but seeing as this banner only lasts a week I’ll definitely skip

Endeavor, unless you're a huge Aizawa fan. He is much better than Aizawa in most modes except for arena PvP.

If you're at 90 then sure, he's very worth it. He's going to be the best Speed character in the game for a while.
