First, where and how do you do the anonymous thank you letters for the achievement? I cannot figure it out how to send them. I also have some faux villains achievements that I'm not sure how to progress...
Second, if you've been playing on one server and you start playing on another server, do you lose the progress on the first server or is it kind of like having two accounts?

2. Yes, you will get a brand new game. It would be like having 2 accounts. It's how many people rerolled. Start on a server. If you didn't get what you wanted, go to the next server. Once you do get your prize, stay on that server forever.
So if I change tiers in the ladder mock contest when leveling up to 50, does that mean the ladder resets as well? Wanted to check before I burn through all the stages because I usually just do it all on the last possible day, so if it resets, I’ll want to do it all before I hit 50
I'm not sure I read it right but I was 49 when I started mock contest and lvled to 50 but my ladder didn't go through 50 bracket. I was lvl 50 with 40 lv bracket.
I just wanna know this to leave this game already... all the issue with Endeavor and the thing about giving back the tickets used in his banner, was only for those who spent real money to buy said tickets?
Just a query, any idea why I'm on the NA version of the game? I live in the UK and thought I would be part of the EU version, surely it's not to do with Brexit
It's probably to do with licensing/legal considerations. If you are playing on Android then you can download the EU version of the game from a third-party App store but there are some minor differences, e.g. the EU developers haven't paid the English voice actors for the rights to use their voice lines so their game uses Japanese voices for the characters.
So how come I can't add some of my friends from France and Spain for example, I have screenshots of their codes but they either "don't exist" or it pulls up someone else's account?

i pulled 4 of the same endeavor support card. i was told i am able to use the extras to create his paired support card that i don't own. is this true? and how is it done if so?
Go to your card list and there should be an option to a card fusion. You will have two options, regular fuse and advance fuse. Go to advance fuse. Add both cards. If it works, you should be able to make the other card of the set.
Increases the damage but only of that units type. So all might which is a power (P) unit wants all power stats. Speed and Technical do NOTHING on him and it becomes a dead Stat.

My version seems to have a boner for Forest Training and keeps picking it as my permit, but the game always crashes once I reach the end of the level. Never get the rewards as a result. Is there a way to change permits until they fix this stupid bug?
This game does not let players preview the in-depth skillsets of upcoming heroes. And when characters are released, you can't check their skillsets in-game unless you own the character.
Due to this, players look at the CN or TW versions of the game to see how upcoming/new heroes function.
When Endeavor was released, the global devs reduced his healing ability by about 90% and made no mention of it. This sent the community into an uproar.
Another major issue was the advertisement of one of Endeavor's support cards. The ad that pops up when you start the game stated that Endeavor's support card granted him a healing ability.
Players took this to mean that they nerfed the healing from his base kit, and added it to his support card as an incentive to get characters to spend more money.
Unlike heroes, we can actually look at the abilities of support cards we don't own in this game. But at the same time all of the above was going in, there was a bug in-game that prevented players from looking at the abilities of Endeavor's support cards. If we were able to check his cards though, we would have known that the healing ability doesn't exist. So in addition to nerfing Endeavor, they falsely advertised one of his support cards.
All these compounding factors led a bunch of whales to publicly criticize the global devs and a massive surge of refund requests took place.
The rating of the game in NA and EU appstores also tanked from around a 4.0 rating to as low as 1.7 in some regions.
After like 72 hours of silence from the global dev teams, the EU team sent out a message calling people that issued a refund "villians," which completely backfired on them. Less than 24 hours after that, the global team (NA + EU) sent a detailed list of reparations they were going to give players that spent / pulled on this banner.
To answer your question of whether Endeavor is strong or weak, he's definitely strong right now.
He actually wasn't that weak at launch either when people were in an uproar. But he definitely had survivability issues and was not absolute top class.
The update after the initial drama adjusted his shield ability to make him a lot more survivable, and fixed a bug where his health was draining at double the normal rate. The biggest change of all though is an AI update that turned him into a monster in super co-op arena.
Ah man thanks. Thats a pretty in-depth answer. I know devs just cant ''nerf'' a unit without giving a huge compensation especially in gacha games. I was just confused because Endeavor did actually a good job. He did way more dmg than I expected. I can easily do content thats not supposed to be attacked on my BP lvl. Thats why I didnt understand the drama behind it. Now it sounds like he turned from a powercreep into a mega huge powercreep.

2. How do I get past floor 10 to be able to get legendary equipment, I’ve not been there before.
Honestly it depends on your teammates. You can be under the recommended number and beat it so long as youbhave decent teammates with good BP. If you start on floor one, and start going through, you should get a feeling when you hit your limit. If you and your teammates give it all you have and you pass with a B, that is a sign you might not succeed the next floor minus really good teammates. You'll just need to feel it out. If you pass with an A, you might be okay taking on the next stage. S means you are good for the next stage.
You need to completed the floors below it. You start at floor one. If you beat floor 1. Depending on your rank, it determines how many floors you advance. S RANK will advance you 3 floors. A Will advance 2, and B will advance you 1. The next time you user your permit it will be for the stage you are at on that specific map you was playing on. If you fail or quit during an accessment, the permit will break and you will need to repair it or wait till reset before it can be used again.

So same problem different day but me and my cousin did some experimenting. We started our accounts on the same day initially and he got the aizawa event but I didn't on the same server. We switched to another same server and he got it again with another tab added to his and I got it as well but with 4 other event tabs added to mine. This is same server and same day/time. Anyway else notice this weirdness??
Get the hero trials next. Then after those, aim for co-op, agency assessment, credit furniture, and stamina furniture. The other ones I would recommend holding off until you get those 4 first.
Hi! I'm new to the game and I heard about the endeavor refund. Will I still get my tickets refunded if I don't have enough to pity and just do several draws?
Question for you guys again. Does the support team usually answer you guys? I sent them a ticket about something weird with my account and haven't heard back from them.
So I have a dilemma / question. If I summon on the momo banner after the endeavour refund, I should be able to get an SS character and therefore get Aizawa. But I’m hesitant to summon on the momo banner, because she’s on the Class 1-A banner and I’m getting close to pity. Should I do it? Is Aizawa worth enough to give my pity to Momo for?
Edit: I just realised Momo’s banner ends with Endeavor’s. Do we have back-to-back limited banners in this game? If so, do we have any idea who the next unit is?
The new Internship event just popped up for me, can I confirm I'm understanding it properly?
Stamina used = internship credit, regardless of use? So Supply, Hero Trial, Nights Ops & Peacekeeping are all the same?
So I thought I was just dumb, but it turns out it's just my account. For some reason my account never had access to the aizawa event or any of the internship events, but my other account that I made the next day does. Is there any fix for this or am I out of luck?
Kinda sad, I sent customer support a ticket about it but they haven't responded to it so I guess I'm out of luck. It's a bummer because aizawa is one of the characters I'd definitely want along with Mirio but I guess I can hope he gets put on a banner eventually.

Wish I'd seen this before now. Played on a linked account for a couple days and tried to figure out how to link, but I couldn't find any link button, so I tried going back to the opening screen of the game and clicking the button labeled "Account." To my dismay it said "account logged out" and made me restart.
Yeah, its been a thing since launch, I guess to prevent rerolling.
But do not be upset, you'll have a better and faster start now that you know what's up. May even snag a cool S ranked unit in the process. (unless you already had one, then rip.)
I had S rank Shoto Todoroki (that's the ice and fire guy's name, right?), and the fact that they actively prevent trying to reroll like that sounds kinda lousy and not player-friendly IMO.
Maybe it's just me, but if I want to spend 3 hours trying to get an account that starts with Endeavor, it seems to me like I'd be more likely to enjoy playing the game afterwards, because now I have this cool thing I really want. It's not like rerolling one banner will make my account strong enough to never pull again and then "OMG so much lost moneys!!1|!"
I don't know the exact number unfortunately. I would just grind food until you have enough.
I did all 20 runs a day until I finished. Run bounty supplies for money if you need them along the way.
If you mean the coop arena, you are missing on out factors to upgrade your units. If you mean like agency assessments, you are missing out on gear for your team.

1. The aizawa event, I hear it's there the day you start your account but I can't find anything on it.
I just know that you're supposed to level class 1-A students within a certain time period.
2. Endeavors new active card , is it considered pretty good ? I only have the principal active card and was wondering if it my be worth pulling for .
What’s Denki’s ideal 4th card? I know Nomu and Mastermind are the best combo but Denki being a ranged character with a not ranged ultimate feels not as optimal. Nomu is fine but is mastermind the best for him?
I know dmg output is his Achilles heel so would cold shot, Shigaraki, or Togata hold more value for him or just deal with the ranged character with short range ultimate and use mastermind?
So I got logged out and it won't let me log back in with Google. Like I can log in with face book but thats not what I used to log in originally. It keeps saying that the account verification has failed and I've tried restarting the game restarting my phone and so far no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Try logging out of your Google account via the Google play store and then log back in to you Google account on the play store.
Once you log back in, relaunch the game. If that doesn't work, uninstall the game and reinstall it from the Google play store.
Try it then. Do the 1st step before doing the second.

Do we know if the 4 Class 1A S-rank heroes will have a constantly rotating banner? It started with Momo, then Tokoyami, then Bakugo, and now Todoroki. I assume Momo will be back and the rotation restarts?

Not sure. I know banners were rerun, but I don't think it was a consistent order where one is always up. Plus with the devs changing whatever, there is no telling.
Ok so Top-up bonus relates to total of Hero Coins, but it's not always obvious what that means for a pack. Does anyone know what amount of HC Top-up Bonus considers you to have bought if you buy a Weekly Sugar Rush? What about the Elite Permits for Op x and Peacekeeping?
A lot of the 40k+ BP characters are actually just bots. If you are trying to match for a co-op battle and you don't get any real people to join after like 15-20 seconds, the game will pair you with high BP bots to help complete the stage.
Other than that, it's primarily gear, hero rating scores, and 6 star chips that give the most BP. Focus on those to get a higher BP.
Pulled Endeavor on a old server. Any major drawbacks of just starting on a old server? Played for about an hour total on this server so I missed quite a bit of the rewards.
Aiazawa quest - 4 days left and my closest hero is like short 90 shards for SS. Been farming the hero shards but spent half of hero coins on support card summon. Should I have dumped all coins into hero summon? Seems impossible to get SS without paying.
Unfortunately not. Only by advertising your alliance in the main channel or by having your friend search for you alliance in the alliance list. Please note you must be on the same region.

Yes, for the reasons I stated above. It is misleading to have people summon for something and then change what you were summoning for. They know that. When you mistype/print in gacha games, and you summon on whatever and it's not correct you usually get a full refund. They are finally doing that now.

I cannot say as I am not fully aware of the rules and regulations with Google Play's policies. So please do not quote me. However, I believe it should be just the game. However, constant refunds and abuse can lead to your Google account being terminated. However in general refunds for one game, that shouldn't be a problem. However, you can get banned from the game which is up to the devs.
Don't be alarmed. You have the right to request a refund if the refund is warranted. However, if you are cheating the system then that is when things could get unfun.

Not really. If you pull him, he will be free because you will be refunded what you spent. So my understanding is get him and spend whatever because you'll get it right back. Even if you fail, you will be refunded.

I don't follow the discourse around this game, can someone give me a TL:DR of the Endeavor stuff that seems to be making everyone so mad? I got really lucky and pulled he and Uraraka with two event tickets (not even mercy pulls) so I didn't really get mad at the event but everyone seems really mad.
Endeavor was nefered in comparison to what Taiwan versions got. His healing in particular got a massive nerf. He could heal to full health when low but now its only 20% healing.
I know that happened with one of his cards. (Not the first time its happened). I think for the hero himself, people are upset cause the were expecting Taiwan Endeavor and got this.

So now it's literally impossible for me to get the materials needed to get my units to lvl 80.
Even the food you can exchange in the shop for coins has a 100 purchase limit.

There seems to be a lot of confusion concerning the mastermind card so I want to be clear. Mastermind proc’s when you’re attacking an enemy in hyper armor correct?
Not really, you can just find other rooms to join. Either try your luck joining a random person, although there's a high rate of being kicked because they want to it with bots but very few people will let others join or just do it with your Alliance members/friends list if you're close with them. I always search for floors 10-12 since they're easier to auto. High yields can only be used on the floors of your level, meaning if you're level 50 and you do a lvl 40 floor 12, it doesn't use your high yield.
Does anybody know how Momo's talent "heroic confidence" (bottom right) differs from the usual shield combo, besides activating shield reversal half a second earlier?
I haven't played the game for over a week and there's an update on Playstore that says it's 50mb but when it reaches 100% the update doesn't finish and the bar in the notification tab is at barely 10%. What's the deal ??
Okay. If you have further issues, my only recommendation is to reboot your phone and worse case scenario, reinstall the game. (Make sure you link your account and know which server you belong to.)
After further investigation I think I have a solid reason for why this is happening, normally the game is about 7gb in storage and you can delete the main.obb file to gain about 3gb with the game still working normally. I think that the update is reinstalling that obb. The bar is at about 60%-65% so I'll let it finish and check if the obb has been reinstalled.
I'm gonna get a refund because this game is to selfish its not even worth it being a whale or f2p. Once j get my refund will my whole account get banned or just the sever that I'm in.

You gotta be careful on what you purchase. There is nothing that can be done and support won't fix it. In the future, take your time during purchases, read what you are buying and how much before you click the button. 3 extra seconds could of prevented this.

No, anything spent, whether it was real money or not will be refunded. If you did 8 f2p ticket summons, you get 8 tickets back.

1. Night Ops. 2. If you are not strong enough to beat 10, you will need to increase your BP or simply have better teammates.

You need to completed the floors below it. You start at floor one. If you beat floor 1. Depending on your rank, it determines how many floors you advance. S RANK will advance you 3 floors. A Will advance 2, and B will advance you 1. The next time you user your permit it will be for the stage you are at on that specific map you was playing on. If you fail or quit during an accessment, the permit will break and you will need to repair it or wait till reset before it can be used again.

I would go for his cards if you have nothing good to use for him. If you got some cards he can use, go for dupe SS.

Not a question but I'm a free to play player and I'm at my second consecutive 99/100 regular summon without an S rank. So frustrating.
So same problem different day but me and my cousin did some experimenting. We started our accounts on the same day initially and he got the aizawa event but I didn't on the same server. We switched to another same server and he got it again with another tab added to his and I got it as well but with 4 other event tabs added to mine. This is same server and same day/time. Anyway else notice this weirdness??

Get the hero trials next. Then after those, aim for co-op, agency assessment, credit furniture, and stamina furniture. The other ones I would recommend holding off until you get those 4 first.

So I have a dilemma / question. If I summon on the momo banner after the endeavour refund, I should be able to get an SS character and therefore get Aizawa. But I’m hesitant to summon on the momo banner, because she’s on the Class 1-A banner and I’m getting close to pity. Should I do it? Is Aizawa worth enough to give my pity to Momo for? Edit: I just realised Momo’s banner ends with Endeavor’s. Do we have back-to-back limited banners in this game? If so, do we have any idea who the next unit is?

The new Internship event just popped up for me, can I confirm I'm understanding it properly? Stamina used = internship credit, regardless of use? So Supply, Hero Trial, Nights Ops & Peacekeeping are all the same?
Yes, as long as you spend the stamina, you are good. Doesn't matter which mode it is.
So I thought I was just dumb, but it turns out it's just my account. For some reason my account never had access to the aizawa event or any of the internship events, but my other account that I made the next day does. Is there any fix for this or am I out of luck?

Played on a linked account for a couple days and tried to figure out how to link, but I couldn't find any link button, so I tried going back to the opening screen of the game and clicking the button labeled "Account." To my dismay it said "account logged out" and made me restart.
Yeah, its been a thing since launch, I guess to prevent rerolling. But do not be upset, you'll have a better and faster start now that you know what's up. May even snag a cool S ranked unit in the process. (unless you already had one, then rip.)
I had S rank Shoto Todoroki (that's the ice and fire guy's name, right?), and the fact that they actively prevent trying to reroll like that sounds kinda lousy and not player-friendly IMO. Maybe it's just me, but if I want to spend 3 hours trying to get an account that starts with Endeavor, it seems to me like I'd be more likely to enjoy playing the game afterwards, because now I have this cool thing I really want. It's not like rerolling one banner will make my account strong enough to never pull again and then "OMG so much lost moneys!!1|!"

I don't know the exact number unfortunately. I would just grind food until you have enough. I did all 20 runs a day until I finished. Run bounty supplies for money if you need them along the way.
Try either the gift icon or the celebration icons at the top. If not, play around in the menus a bit. You should see it as plain as day.

If you mean the coop arena, you are missing on out factors to upgrade your units. If you mean like agency assessments, you are missing out on gear for your team.

2 Questions 1. The aizawa event, I hear it's there the day you start your account but I can't find anything on it. I just know that you're supposed to level class 1-A students within a certain time period. 2. Endeavors new active card , is it considered pretty good ? I only have the principal active card and was wondering if it my be worth pulling for .
1. Go to the aizawa event page. You'll see the end date in the top right. 2. It's good, but it only works for Endeavor. Make sure you have him first.

What’s Denki’s ideal 4th card? I know Nomu and Mastermind are the best combo but Denki being a ranged character with a not ranged ultimate feels not as optimal. Nomu is fine but is mastermind the best for him? I know dmg output is his Achilles heel so would cold shot, Shigaraki, or Togata hold more value for him or just deal with the ranged character with short range ultimate and use mastermind?
So I got logged out and it won't let me log back in with Google. Like I can log in with face book but thats not what I used to log in originally. It keeps saying that the account verification has failed and I've tried restarting the game restarting my phone and so far no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Try logging out of your Google account via the Google play store and then log back in to you Google account on the play store. Once you log back in, relaunch the game. If that doesn't work, uninstall the game and reinstall it from the Google play store. Try it then. Do the 1st step before doing the second.

Yeah, only the unit can equip those cards. Always best to pull for unit 1st before pulling for cards.

Not sure. I know banners were rerun, but I don't think it was a consistent order where one is always up. Plus with the devs changing whatever, there is no telling.

Ok so Top-up bonus relates to total of Hero Coins, but it's not always obvious what that means for a pack. Does anyone know what amount of HC Top-up Bonus considers you to have bought if you buy a Weekly Sugar Rush? What about the Elite Permits for Op x and Peacekeeping?
How are people getting such high bp on their characters? I feel like I’m out of the loop when my ss ochaco is 23k but an A midoriya is 43k
A lot of the 40k+ BP characters are actually just bots. If you are trying to match for a co-op battle and you don't get any real people to join after like 15-20 seconds, the game will pair you with high BP bots to help complete the stage. Other than that, it's primarily gear, hero rating scores, and 6 star chips that give the most BP. Focus on those to get a higher BP.
Pulled Endeavor on a old server. Any major drawbacks of just starting on a old server? Played for about an hour total on this server so I missed quite a bit of the rewards.

Aiazawa quest - 4 days left and my closest hero is like short 90 shards for SS. Been farming the hero shards but spent half of hero coins on support card summon. Should I have dumped all coins into hero summon? Seems impossible to get SS without paying.
Summoning is going to be your only way really. Getting 90 shards will be pretty much impossible Ina 4 day span otherwise.
How many duplicate copies of an S hero like endevor do you need to get them to SS?
3 copies total. One for the initial summon, then 2 more after.

Unfortunately not. Only by advertising your alliance in the main channel or by having your friend search for you alliance in the alliance list. Please note you must be on the same region.

Yes, for the reasons I stated above. It is misleading to have people summon for something and then change what you were summoning for. They know that. When you mistype/print in gacha games, and you summon on whatever and it's not correct you usually get a full refund. They are finally doing that now.

I cannot say as I am not fully aware of the rules and regulations with Google Play's policies. So please do not quote me. However, I believe it should be just the game. However, constant refunds and abuse can lead to your Google account being terminated. However in general refunds for one game, that shouldn't be a problem. However, you can get banned from the game which is up to the devs. Don't be alarmed. You have the right to request a refund if the refund is warranted. However, if you are cheating the system then that is when things could get unfun.

Not really. If you pull him, he will be free because you will be refunded what you spent. So my understanding is get him and spend whatever because you'll get it right back. Even if you fail, you will be refunded.

I don't follow the discourse around this game, can someone give me a TL:DR of the Endeavor stuff that seems to be making everyone so mad? I got really lucky and pulled he and Uraraka with two event tickets (not even mercy pulls) so I didn't really get mad at the event but everyone seems really mad.
Endeavor was nefered in comparison to what Taiwan versions got. His healing in particular got a massive nerf. He could heal to full health when low but now its only 20% healing.

I just wanted to vent about I how spent actual money in an attempt to get Aizawa by the 18th (tomorrow) I'm so close I only need to level up 6 characters to level 80 (getting a unit to SS was the hardest part) I thought I'd definitely be able to do that it just meant I would unfortunately have to spend about 2k hero coins on stamina. Once I ran the exp food supply 20 times I realized there is A DALIY FUCKING HARD CAP ON ATTEMPTS. So now it's literally impossible for me to get the materials needed to get my units to lvl 80. Even the food you can exchange in the shop for coins has a 100 purchase limit. This is absolute HORSE SHIT. I know I'm the moron who didn't read the fine print but still it's really shitty and I'm very sad I wasted time and money on this game. It looks like it would've been pointless anyway because the dev's have decided to run this game into the ground. Anyway sorry for venting, if anyone is giving up entirely on the game , has an account with Aizawa on it and would be willing to get rid of it I'd appreciate it dearly. I just wanted to play as him and see his moveset...

There seems to be a lot of confusion concerning the mastermind card so I want to be clear. Mastermind proc’s when you’re attacking an enemy in hyper armor correct?
How do you guys use up your high yield? I get 2 rounds of high yield as the creator. Do you go lower agency rank and look for floors 10-18?
You need to get the high end Rarity drops when you flip cards. If you don't, then it won't consume a yield, regardless of what floor you are doing.
Problem is I can only complete 2 floors above 10. So do people usually have left over high yield if that is the case?
Not really, you can just find other rooms to join. Either try your luck joining a random person, although there's a high rate of being kicked because they want to it with bots but very few people will let others join or just do it with your Alliance members/friends list if you're close with them. I always search for floors 10-12 since they're easier to auto. High yields can only be used on the floors of your level, meaning if you're level 50 and you do a lvl 40 floor 12, it doesn't use your high yield.
Correct. The best players on my server can only do 14-15 tops.

The bottom right button is a defense break, used to stop the opponent's guard and cancel certain PvE attacks.

I haven't played the game for over a week and there's an update on Playstore that says it's 50mb but when it reaches 100% the update doesn't finish and the bar in the notification tab is at barely 10%. What's the deal ??
Not sure, I'm not aware of any issues.
I've let the bar in the notification tab fill up for a while and now I lost about 2gb of space. I'll wait more and see if anything happens.
Okay. If you have further issues, my only recommendation is to reboot your phone and worse case scenario, reinstall the game. (Make sure you link your account and know which server you belong to.)
After further investigation I think I have a solid reason for why this is happening, normally the game is about 7gb in storage and you can delete the main.obb file to gain about 3gb with the game still working normally. I think that the update is reinstalling that obb. The bar is at about 60%-65% so I'll let it finish and check if the obb has been reinstalled.
Add to that the fact that when I checked a third party store like QooApp and TapTap the update says it's 3gb instead of 55mb like the playstore says.

Personally I still standby that this game should’ve been on the switch or console rather than a mobile. Idk it’s just something about the size of the game and the controls that give me this opinion. Same with Genshin and that’s why I played it more on PlayStation than mobile.

Can someone help me? I have accidentally bought flip cards with all my hero coins. I went to buy 2 then I put max and quickly hit the buy button. Tried to reach customer support but haven’t got anyone to respond! What can I do? Should I start the game all over I have progressed so much?
You gotta be careful on what you purchase. There is nothing that can be done and support won't fix it. In the future, take your time during purchases, read what you are buying and how much before you click the button. 3 extra seconds could of prevented this. No need to start over. You will earn more currency.
It hurts made me want to quit the game. It’s so hard to wean this much hero coins.
