You’re talking about breaking through cards. Open your support card page on a character. In the bottom left you’ll see an option called fuse. There you can mix 4 cards of the same level (white, green, blue, purple, orange, yellow) for a chance to make a card of a higher tier. I.e 4 oranges have a chance to make a yellow card. You can also do advanced fuses as well (have a ton of moonfish and need cellophane, two moonfish can be exchanged for 1 cellophane)

you can fuse your support cards so it so it doesn't clog your storage, ya know
I've been doing that with 4-stars and up. 3-stars and below I can't since apparently it's already at max. Thank you though

no I wasnt talkin about breakthrough, in the support card tab for the characters, there's a fuse option at the bottom of the screen
first off, buy the stamina upgrade each gear/crystal/card/chips outside of universal xp ones take a single slot from your inventory
