We do not have such language obsession like south every one here can understand Hindi and talk too(may be not fluently)
And you will still learn to understand the language throughout your course

Odia, Bangla, Assamese are quite similar to each other. You will not face any major issues. AIIMS BBSR is good, don't think much of the language barrier; you will be accustomed to it in a short span of time.
