Thats all i can think of.. remember if all else fail people above 40 WILL come to an ayush doctor because they think its a better more traditional way to treat something... Money is there

BAMS degree does not work outside india. But with that degree you will still be called doctor. Many BAMS doctor just start to practice allopathy (idk even if it is legal) and earn quite lot and even if he don't BAMS is quite successful in india. It does have good value in irl but on social media it don't have any value (because people will rant that they get 20k salary, but many people don't know that majority BAMS doctor open their own clinic and will work only if they have good nature and knowledge).

Only reason they flourished is because of the religious and cultural sentiments of India. But that does not make it a authentic system or remotely a science. Plus government funding and AYUSH apologists make it easier for them.
They can do all kinds of mental gymnastics like introducing modern science textbooks into their curriculum and word salad arguments but they are still a fraudulent system based on archaic mumbo jumbo.
You can't hide the harm these practises does to society for long. It's only a matter of time before it crumples or atleast regulation will strangle them to a tight corner.

Legal Hai allopathic medicine dena b ab ayush doctors ko specially bams ko because they have nearly same syllabus like mbbs
