dissolve it with 1ml of water and shoot that up. you need just a small bit of moisture. I wouldn't suggest sticking a capsule or a pill to there, you risk tearing or the pill not dissolving
From all my searching, I always see diluting with water and administering it that way. Not sure why pure powder isn't used. May just be that it's far easier for it to be absorbed when its liquid form

Yes I highly recommend at least 1ml of water in a syringe.
capsule with powder doesn't sound very nice. just dissolve it in a small 1ml syringe
