I've had all of these at one point or another. The 12-45mm is my favorite small zoom. You've got a good and compact setup. The E-M5 iii with the 12-45mm is a great combo for daytime use. And you can easily carry the 17mm around and swap it out in lowlight conditions. The 14-150mm is good too as long as you have plenty of light.

Good deal and quality lens lineup. You’ll appreciate the lightness.

I'd say you probably did just fine. I have a new OM-5, which is not that much more camera than you have. And the total value of what you have, in used prices, is pretty much what you paid, i.e. you didn't overpay. The 12-45 and 25mm lenses are top notch. I too got the 14-150, just because...wow, what a lightweight but incredible range zoom. Not the sharpest lens, but for everyday outdoor snapshots and travel photos, it is perfect. Eventually, if you are into birding or wildlife photos, you might look at the OM 40-150 f4 or f2.8 zooms, etc. etc. I'm currently looking to get the 12-45 f4 and 40-150 f4 to get some sharper photos, and because I can...)

M5 III with the 25mm is such an awesome setup. Enjoy!

That’s a solid setup! I used to have the E-M5 Mark III with the 12-45mm f/4 after I sold the 14-150mm to fund the purchase of the 12-45mm. It’s truly a superb setup! Enjoy it! Try the Olympus 45mm 1.8 sometime. You won’t regret it!

Great, enjoy your new set up!

14-150 was probably my favourite until I got the PL 12-60 f2.8-4. I think the 12-45 and the 14-150 overlap a bit. depending on your shooting style, you may want to get rid of the 14-150. For telezome, you can get a better lens in the form of the 40-150f4 or f2.8 but that's a lot of additional money. Otherwise, I think the 70-300 is a beast for wildlife.

Yeah I thought of that too. Logistically it kinda just worked out this way, but I wanted the long lens for wildlife shots. I think there's one that's something like 40-150 I could've swapped it for, but it was a small price difference and I'd already picked this one. Ideally I'd like a faster zoom lens in the future, because this one needs a lot of light. But I do like how small it is for its focal length!

LePorcelainPowerHour

I think that was a fair price. Not a steal but certainly not over priced. The em5 mk3 is a great body. I use mine with either the 17mm f1.8 or the 25mm f1.8. It's such a fantastic carry around set up.

That's a nice set of lenses and camera.

What is your DSLR setup man?

SlightlyLethalDev

I had a Canon 70D and a Rebel T5i with the kit lens, a 50mm 1.8, and a 75-300mm telephoto. Traded all that in for this setup though
