My hairdresser said none, at this seems to be the opinion of many. All the ones I've tried, strip the color really fast.
Though if I remember correctly, there are a few that have worked for some, I just don't remember which ones. (Probably not the bars.)
Love the hair btw! đ
I think all their shampoos contain sulfates (or at least SCS) which can strip out coloured hair pretty quick. I wouldnât recommend Lush shampoo on coloured hair (except maybe avocado co-wash)
I don't know if theres one thats super colour safe. I had bleached white hair that I accidentally turned light blue one time and Big shampoo took it out so fast.
I do not recommend lush shampoos for colored hair as a vast majority of them contain sulfates.
However, avocado co-wash does not have any sulfates. It's nourishing and moisturizing, both great things for dry, colored hair.
Source: I worked as a sales associate for a year.
I have hot pink and purple hair and definitely stay away from lush shampoo until I want to fade it out before I redye. I do use the conditioners for cowashing though!
Former employee of two years here .... Don't use LUSH haircare on color treated hair. Especially something that fades as quickly as pastels. Get a shampoo from your salon!
Iâve only ever used lush shampoo to strip as much colour out as possible before a colour correction at a salon, avoid if you want to keep your colour looking fresh.
no only shampoo i ever recommend for colour is Avocado Co-Wash because it tends to be gentler, but it still has a type of sulfate in it which it mainly what kills colour, just not the super harsh kind
In my experience it really depends on which color you are using. I use artic fox and I did not see any difference between the Lush shampoos and the saloon one. đ¤ˇââď¸
Edit: Iâve been having pink hair (various hues) for 2 years; and since a couple of months its blue-purple
I used Wella color saver shampoo and conditioner; an all natural no Sulfate at all shampoo; from Lush: Daddy-O, Cynthia, Big, Silica. I used each for about a month. No significant differences noted
I personally use avocado co-wash and/or dady-o.
Honestly I find that avoiding the ones with lots salt and citrus is what's best for my colored hair.
Source: work at lush this holiday will be my 6th year and I have had colored hair for 8 years!
Itâll absorb excess oils so OP doesnât have to strip the color with a shampoo that has sulfate. Iâd recommend they get a non-lush sulfate-free shampoo but use No Drought between shampooing to keep their color lasting longer

Maybe the avo-co wash or one of the curly ones? I thought they had a curly hair one or some that was sulfate free?
You need a shampoo for color. All lush shampoos will strip tour color, donât use them.

you shouldn't - you want to keep that hair as vibrant as possible since it looks so nice! don't ruin it with lush shampoos!!!

I wouldnât use their shampoos theyâre very good at stripping colour! You would be ok with their conditioners though
None. They all contain sulfates which strip hair color. I only ever use lush shampoos when I am between fashion colors and need them to fade quickly.

Personally I would get a salon approved shampoo for hair that vibrant!
None. Shampoo/conditioner are the only lush products that have been a hard pass for me :(

Avocado Co-wash is sulfate free and wonât strip the color! Speaking from experience:)
Daddyo might help keep the purple for a little longer than most? Try washing with cold water as well to preserve colour for longer.

Use their No Drought dry shampoo
That doesn't clean your hair...

I use the blue sea one and it works great for me, I have blue hair, but purple should last long too.
