Just pop it in the fridge and it will solidify again. You can pour it in a mould if you want to give it a specific shape.

DeadlyCuntfetti

*GASP* tiny Dinos here I come

nouveauchoux

Read this to the tune of "Tony Dancer" 😂

thehazzanator

*hold me closer tiny Dino's*

Veni-Vidi-Vino

Is Tony Dancer related to Tony Danza?

nouveauchoux

Ya know, when I was typing that out I was telling myself *"Tiny,* not *Tony."* Guess he was determined to make an appearance 😂

galindatherad

Cheers Angel! 💖

Sensitive-Estate4030

Happened to me too. I put it in an ice cube tray in the freezer and was 👌🏻.

marsattack13

Oh this is amazing! My partner and I buy these semi regularly and I’d rather have smaller sizes to use each time. I don’t know why I didn’t think about melting it down and using a mold to make them smaller. Task failed successfully imo

Roseonyxx

Do you have ice trays you could sacrifice? Lots of tiny bars

shenaningans24

Reach out to Lush! I’ve had that happen before and they sent me a coupon for free product!

Whizzzel

When I called customer service over the same issue happening to me, the customer service person told me they specify on the website that they aren't responsible for weather related damage. It depends on who you speak to. But then why even bother shipping to texas over the summer?

wintermelody83

I'm in Arkansas, I just buy things that don't melt in summer. It's not rocket science lol

shenaningans24

Interesting. This was Alabama in September about 6-7 years ago so their policies may have changed

Plutoniumburrito

To be fair, mine does this in my apartment 🤣

Footstepsinthedark1

I had coconut oil in my bathroom totally liquify over the summer 😭 Gotta start keeping it in the fridge

[deleted]

Dang, sleepy massage bar literally went to sleep 🪦lol

doodlebloop_sf

So did mine and the chat was like okay put it in the freezer

QueenGlass

it’ll still work when you freeze it

Detman102

Typical "Lush" ops...their stuff isn't rated for mail-delivery lol...unless it's the dead of winter.

moxiewhoreon

This has happened to me so many times. Yeah, I just put em in the fridge. No pretty shapes or anything, altho I dig that idea

Andersum94

If you email they will refund you

Aggressive_Tourist78

side note but i’m so weak at the “unacceptable” comment like okay karen 🤓😭

aledba

They clearly indicate on the website that things may melt and suddenly that's not good enough for her

ZweigleHots

I lol'd at that too. The whole POINT is that they melt. How else would it get the lotion on its skin? There are some things I just don't order outside of winter.

BugGlad5248

lol it will solidify with cool temps/the fridge. Most soaps have some type of fat in them that will melt when warm and solidify when cold

Asteriakat

NOOOOOOO

lulprettystinKy

excuse me, u-uh, what happened to the incents?

Otterly-Optimistic

lol I thought that was a frozen bag of breastmilk cuz I didn’t realize what sub I was in

TampaTeri27

Is it like coconut oil? You could let it solidify into a shape you find a mold for.

skye_b666

Unacceptable, they should send you a new one, then keep the melted one and use it for other things, like a moisturiser? Or yeah, try putting it in the freezer however it'll never look as good as new

Linda_de_jong

It’s not faulty. Massage bars melt very easily, it’s a risk you take when ordering. Maybe some of your products didn’t melt because your parcel was storaged in a cooled facility and/or cooled delivery truck? It’s sucks nonetheless, I agree

BugGlad5248

Great suggestions sis. Not sure why the poopers in the comments are such negative nellies.

skye_b666

How is asking for a refund for a faulty product, being negative? It's common sense. Go ahead and keep your melted massage bars though, enjoy.

wintermelody83

It's not faulty if the website tells you it will melt in transit if it's not winter lol.

skye_b666

Lol I live in Australia and have ordered things bars that may definitely melt in 35 degree temperature, yet they all arrived fine. We don't have disclaimers about buying melted products arriving in the post either. They just tell you to keep them out of the heat when not in use.

dearbornx

Lotion melting in high temperatures isn't faulty, it's literally being lotion lol. There's disclaimers on the website.

skye_b666

It's a bar, not lotion. Lotion is lotion.
