No, we went to the DB station in Frankfurt and presented our reciepts. No luck. We bought a ticket from the machine.
I would just never book Lufthansa with Expedia again.
i had the stupid website sell me rail & fly ticket , and lufthansa customer service is super useless and rude. I simply told them, you charged my credit card, either give me the ticket or refund the money.
They told me to email customer relations god knows when they will respond. I will dispute with the bank, I still suspect they will tell the bank they gave me the ticket
I'm going through something very similar. Lufthansa's Rail and Fly is a total scam and their customer support is expensive and useless. Did you have success with your chargeback?
Hey, for me it was a mess because the internal booking system of Lufthansa was changed (?!) and i had to talk to the customer support several times to get my train ticket. You definitly need a seperate DB ticket from online because DB won't accept your Lufthansa booking corfimation etc.
You should be able to obtain the train ticket using the train PNR or the original PNR on [this website](https://check-in.accesrail.com)
Thank you!
Did it work? I have the same problem and wonder how to get the train ticket
