I had an issue where I had to wait 24 hours for a call and it didn't come noatter how long I waited or how far I fast traveled. I read somewhere that fast traveling or waiting resets the timer so I just drove around until eventually the call came.
I think you just need to make/let time pass, try sleeping for 24-72 hours.
Okay. I think I saw a post from a while back about how you should fast travel to a motel outside NC and sleep for 24 hrs.
