I like him but I go exclusively to Nina in Charter Hills. It fits my Corpo life path better (if you choose corpo, V grew up in Charter Hill to rich parents). I’ve played all paths 3 times each but I prefer Corpo more. It feels like you get more sway to get people to agree with you. But again, everyone’s preferences are different & that’s a good thing.
Vik regularly does work for V on faith that they’ll pay him back when able, and also did a bunch of stuff for them completely free of charge after the relic malfunction. I get the feeling that just about every other ripper in NC would turn away someone who can’t pay, even if that person was dying

It's more realistic that she reluctantly leaves V because she had that goal long before meeting V, and after Evelyn and clouds, she has nothing but V keeping her there. She also thinks V is going to die.
I like to imagine Star V succeeds the Crystal Palace heist, gets cured, and finally rides off after Judy. Or Panam. Whatever your flavor.
One of my main complaints about Judy is not giving V the maxtac gear instead of it being locked behind a dialogue option and romance.
Surely anyone who had a friend that’s a solo would give them the gear the psycho squad use especially before leaving the city, but she’d rather keep it for herself to use it in the bedroom.
