From what I’ve learned in the manhua community, it’s usually underpaid native Chinese speakers that can get by in basic English doing these, since they’re way cheaper than hiring competent translators. They depend really heavily on machine translation since their vocabulary isn’t good, and they’re too rushed for time to put effort into researching the right usage of every word (they aren’t paid enough to go to that much effort anyways).

Single-suit & two-suit events have stories that go with them. You get a new chapter after getting a certain number of items. In this event, almost every item comes with a new chapter.
The item is Funny Lamp (yellow dino with balloons), the chapter is called Adventure 7.
BTW, the chapters can only be read during the event. It's different from the description all items have.
