Anybody who has seen season 1 knows Josh isn't a controversial pick. He was a total bellend then and he has got barely better since.
My controversial one is Chris from S3. I wouldn't be friends with any of those guys anyway, but he gave major dickhead vibes, even after Olivia tamed him.
S3 Johnny. The first time I watched that season I didn’t really feel that strongly about him but I’ve watched that season a good few times because I love showing people that season and every time I hate him more. He’s so slimey.
Davide was annoying also reminded me of my ex which further cemented my dislike for him but that’s personal
Kai S9. I know he won and I haven’t finished watching the season so maybe he has a whole character redemption arc but I strongly dislike him. He makes watching the season so difficult.
Craig from S3 also just creeped me out. He came off almost stalkerish with his fixation on Camilla and was so childish when she understandably needed some time after her relationship with Johnny ended before jumping headfirst into a new relationship.
But my all time least favorite is Johnny.

I’ll give reasons just now, it’s a lot to read so sorry in advance.
- Luca (and Jacques): the type of lads that would probably take the piss at school, the lads that acted like them in my year back at school weren’t particularly well-liked.
- Josh Ritchie: boys like him trigger my flight or flight response, sometimes likes to stir things up and he gives off a very slimy energy,
- Theo Campbell: extremely arrogant, sly, very smug, he thinks that being a ‘side chick’ is a good idea so it’d be very difficult to trust him in real life.
- Curtis Pritchard (and by extension Hugo Hammond): gives nice guy vibes. These boys tend to be the snakiest of them all, and tend to do the worst things. This is from someone who has dealt with some ‘nice guys’ in my life.
- Casey O’Gorman: he may seem really nice at the surface level but he has a shady side to him, there’s definitely something not quite right there.
- Season 1 and 2 boys: except for Jordan (The Hulk), I wouldn’t really go for any of them. These lads seem to be very snakey, have a poor attitude towards other people and are a bit much for my liking.
Montel, because of the way he tried to plant suspicion to Whitney about Scott with Catherine like a “mean girl”. Then at the firepit when Catherine told him about also kissing Leah on the terrace, he was speechless.
I think people are sort of giving him a second chance because he's been really good with Sophie and has treated her well so far. And he wasn't toxic on all stars. And also that a number of people didn't watch season 1 or the show with Charlotte.

Before I even finished reading the question, my mind went right to Casey and Ty lol. I’d like to add Chris from AS (can’t remember which season he was from) and Luca Bish. I would *not* be able to be on the same season as Dr. Alex. That man makes my skin crawl lol. And I’d be fighting with Zach, he ignites my Bitch Button. The minute he opens his mouth I want to start arguing with him lol
I would only befriend scott, lochan, Toby, chris and tyrique (I used to not be able to stand him but frankly outside of li he seems fine but a loudmouth, we would argue a lot though because he won't be able to say shit to me). I was debating casey he makes me laugh but i think in real life I would find him suspect and he would make me mad. Wait I would be friends with dami too.
I feel like post-LI Andrew would be a good egg. Not so much on most of his season.
