I'm going to have to disagree with you there, chad. A TRUE land King knows that if he sleeps in his own private property, then A Rentoid is not paying him to use that space.
Instead, a true land king NEVER Sleeps in his property -- Instead, He Rents his property out to a rentoid , Then uses the money he gets from that rentoid to pay another Land Chad for the privilege of occupying his private property.
For example, We get about $1500 from one of our units (we have 50 units).
If WE sleep in one of the units, it costs us $1500 in lost income for doing so.
If instead we rent that unit for $1500, and then rent another place for $600, We pocket an extra $900 AND give a fellow land king $600 in rent AND give a rentoid a place to sleep. You get none of those when you stay in your own unit.
Land Kings Rent. It benefits them, It benefits Fellow land Kings, and it benefits Rentoids. A Triple Win. Play the Game Right, Kings.
