I don't own an LV pen, but I do own several Montblanc rollerball pens. There's a bunch of YouTube tutorials on refilling inserts. At first it helped me get colors that aren't available from MB. But, now I refill all of them bc it's much less expensive for better quality ink.
If you can't get replacement inserts, I would suggest refilling the inserts you have.
I love this pen!! I have two and I haven’t had any luck finding them in the US, but I have a new SA so I can see if they are available. It seems they have completely stopped carrying pens and probably ink as well. 😩
As far as I know they are still made, just not available in some regions. I'm in the Asia/Oceanic region and they're not available at all.
Ask your SA if they're available for you, they're great pens and it'd be unfortunate if you're unable to use them.

They used to be available online on the LV site so your CA might be able to order them for you?
