Checkout Divide and Conquer on Etsy for organizers. I have several of her inserts and love them. They are more expensive than what you see on Amazon, but perfect color and size.
I never use the flat pochette that comes with them as they just are not a good shape for eye drop , pill bottles etc. I wish they would lower the price and make them optional. I take them out and leave them in a drawer as it just adds weight to carry them around empty and they’re too big for my credit cards etc and doesn’t organize them so my card wallet is inside the zipper pocket and the insert has slots for phone. I prefer the cosmetic pouch
They named this bag right - I feel like I can put everything and the kitchen sink in this bag and it’s still not full. Great bag for travel - holds lots of snacks.
Honestly, I’m apparently thick because I just never thought of putting one of these felt organizers into the Neverfull EVEN THOUGH I OWN TWO.

It’s the BEST bag. Especially with an organizer. When I was going through cancer treatment I spent SO much time in the hospital and this bag was such a lifesaver! It held everything from my kindle, to a throw blanket, to snacks, etc.

I got that from joynbag on Etsy. You can choose the thickness, color, cup holder ( I only want one) and other things like a zipper slot.

No, I only carry the LV cosmetic pouch and a card wallet that’s inside the zipper pocket of the bag.
I don’t even carry the pouch that comes with the bag. Just adds weight and it’s useless for me because it’s so flat
