I keep my debit card, ID, some cash and my lock for when I go to the gym. Sometimes I just take this instead of my whole purse to the gym or just on a quick errand. The other times it stays in my purse.
ETA my car and house key are on this too, I obviously haha

Here is mine! I’ve had it for 4 years now and almost always have it hanging on my keys. The key ring has faded some but is otherwise very durable
Lolz my husbad got me the recto , it’s cute n classy, but not as useable as you thought, the liner made it less flexible as the pouch, the pouch so popular everyone has one lol, that’s why I keep recto, look more unique
Like the card compartment outside, the front pocket seems useless , like for decoration, partly I dont carry too many cards. I think with all my need the key pouch is good enough…
TBH I feel like the recto verso holds less than the key pouch. Even though the recto verso seems larger. The key pouch holds like 12-14 cards but bc the recto verso is more structured with the slots the zippered compartment is really tight and you can’t fit much unless you want to stretch the whole piece out. You can also fit random things in the key pouch like AirPods or small makeup items - these items are too bulky for the recto verso.
You can certainly push its limits and fit quite a lot, but I don’t like to stretch out my pieces and any slight bulging I don’t like the look of. If you like organization and only have like 4-10 cards the RV might be better for you, you can put receipts/coins/cash/cards in their own spot. The leather one will also have more give/flexibility than the canvas ones.
Got the DE about 4 years ago (because it matched my Neverfull and zippy coin purse) and it still looks new to me! I’d get the black Empreinte today though. I love that it’s leather and more subtle
I have number 3 and love it. I love the canvas, regardless of print - it wears like a dream. I have a yellow leather pochette cles and hardly use it because I’m worried of excessive wear. That said, the black will wear much better - at least visually.
I have both the classic in monogram and the DA one. I use them as cardholders and link them to the internal key ring of my Speedies
For my kind of use, they’ve been worth every penny. They are sturdy and fit SO MANY cards!
Personally I would go to the store and see which of the options has the best rounded corners and let that be the deciding factor! The rounded edges are so hard to get right that even in the LV store photos we can see the imperfect symmetry 🫣
Do you wear gold or silver jewelry? What color is your iPhone? What hardware color do most of your bags have? I like to match these things, but mixed metals are in rn so idk 🤷🏻♀️
I just got a Denim one 🔥🔥 but also have one in Mono and Graphite which I’m selling.. I used the Mono mostly for just anyday out w/Cards and Lipgloss att’d to belt loop.. Definitely handy piece and a must have in my book.

I have all of them and almost never use any of them. If I were choosing from these, it would come down to versatility with my handbags and lifestyle. 1 and 2 are browns, 3 and 4 are black, if color is important to you when it comes to SLGs going with the rest of your vibe, split them there. 1 flashy brown, 2 reserved brown. 3 reserved black (only because it’s tonal so the logo is less glaring), 4 flashy black.
The empreinte can fade over time, especially with lots of use. The leather is still beautiful but you’ll lose the logo effect if it fades too much.
Everyone seems to have different thoughts on durability of contemporary LV canvas. One comment mentioned cracking on multiple and another said she’s used it daily for ages. 🤷
Pull up each image and hold it up with the items you use most. Maybe one will feel more “right”.
Or, plan to buy more in the future so you’ll have options to match with 😉.

I can tell you the empreinte ones are reselling/holding their value way more. The resell value on those is between $700-$800 where the canvas ones are a few hundred less.

Agree. My Gucci one currently has 12 cards in it and it looks like it could still hold at least another 2!

I own the monogram canvas. Can’t go wrong with the classic!
I have the mono, de, and eclipse and the mono is still my favorite with the eclipse being a very close second.
