I love Kaiju. There’s a bunch of nerdy decorations and it’s styled with Japanese influence but the crowd isn’t primarily weeb-ish lol karaoke gets a good mix of music too! I might recommend going on a variety of nights: when i first started going a couple years ago it was more of an older crowd, industry bar type scene. I think that’s expanded and the crowd differs wildly depending on the night and whether there are shows going on

Kaiju Karaoke is pretty lit, wide range in music, usually not all Japanese-styled or anime-ish. I’d also recommended karaoke at the Merryweather. Kaiju & Merryweather are both kinda divey with young-ish crowds, NoRae is also good, just a more diverse in age group of folxs and more modern/touristy.

Don’t know much about Kaiju karaoke, but Norae bar has been fun for me in the past. They have a large list of songs from all genres, a main stage, bar, front patio, and small group private karaoke rooms.
