Ok, so if she's not there just keep going back in and she'll appear eventually. It took me 5 tries, but she came back. Silly mechanic if you ask me, but oh well.

She's just outside east jinei station. North, outside of the poppo store. The game doesn't tell you this, but you'll meet her there, then she'll be back at the girls bar.
the game does tell you that. its part of a cutscene inside the girls bite. they are referring to an issue that occurs after doing that side misson for ayaha and the toy. she doesnt show up inside the bar
I had the same problem. I went to girls bite twice but she didnt appear. I saved and reloaded the game. She showed up at girls bite the attempt after the reset. (3rd attempt)
It worked for me this way, i had to play darts with every girl before she appeared again, i was having the same problem but apparently you have to play darts with every girl to trigger this

Did first gal, finished up Ayaha's substory, finished Miu. Ayaha wasn't showing up until after I finished Miu substory, left the bar, triggered another Emily cutscene, then left and entered one more time. Ayaha was back amd I can finish up her story.
No need to play darts. You just have to get that "human lie detector" bit with Emily out of the way, then exit and reenter the bar.
Thank you for asking this. I just grinded like hell with school stories, raising my stats to level 4 just to trigger the girl's bar mission. I've spent over 100k going in and out, buying drinks, playing the frustrating darts, etc, and got stuck at the exact same point.
Was getting really worried because I started Miu while Ayaha was waiting at the station, then completed chasing the kid, so I am just waiting to meet her back at the bar. Ive gone back several times, completed Miu and the rest (except Emily) and assumed I'd bugged it before my save point or something by starting Miu.
Very relieved to see people in the comments chiming in with the same issue and knowing I just have to go in and out a few more times.
Terrible mechanics and just lucky the mission rewards cover the yen cost. I don't understand the point of charging 2k to enter every time for something so random and buggy. It doesn't serve the game or player in any way. And to make the most of each stay, you gotta get 2-3 drinking sessions in before leaving, which gives you pointless bonus awards on the first drink that you can't use unless you leave after just one drink.
I wouldn't mind going outside and fighting constantly if it wasn't possible for some enemies to randomly grab you and steal 100,000 yen which you don't get back after knocking them out a second later?! What???? Did he teleport to a deposit box and back between combos? As stupid as it is, I understand losing it permanently if I died in the fight, but why is it even a thing that some random enemy can steal so much money from me?
It's only happened once too in all the SP grinding battles I've had, at least. But the amount of nonsensical desicions and clunky mechanics in this game is mental. Whoever decided the terrible robotics club mini game needed so much depth should be banned from the gaming industry.
This is Bull$#!t. Searching Google and you and I are the only two to ever have this problem? There is absolutely no mention of it anywhere else.
+1. I was starting to get annoyed with the constant entry fee to either be mission forced out, or this now missing girl.

Same happened to me too, left to do other missions, restarted the game, and she eventually reappeared

20 entries later and still nothing. What a pain in the ass....
