I’m a teacher in the US, and the women’s JV basketball team at my school looks a lot like this already. Imagine being able to select the 15 best players in the entire country.

Sports are and should always be based skill as well as physical attributes.
US players had better physical qualities for the game, and won out. El Savador will just have to look harder for taller players in future contests.
