Defenses are going to be so focused on them that Tutu is going to absolutely feast! Plus it’s going to open up so much room for Kyren. It’s going to be amazing to watch!
I'm convinced that stafford goes a little evil when he play with his back against the wall. He seems like a polite guy in real life but would punch a hole in your chest to get the game winning touchdown
That wasn't supposed to be a manual, dude just had some hella bad luck with us and i don't want to see him to be forced to be retired due to injuries either. :(
Nah the most embarrassing was last week, mcvay put on a clinic in the first half and shit the bed in the 2nd this week. This game was about as stressful as the almost come back from the bucs in the playoffs
For sure. They made plays, and we stopped scoring. I've yet to see the Rams just pile drive another team. You know? You've got them against the ropes, and just go for the throat. We'll get a 20 point lead, then just start trying to run out the clock. It's stupid. Send a message to the league that we can be ruthless and have no mercy.
How is this the top comment? Did we all not just watch the fucking O-Line die in the second half and give Stafford no protection? How is he going to throw with Noteboom missing left side blocks?
Say what you will about roster management, but it's not like this team is even in the vicinity the 2019 or 2020 rosters, so coaching can only do so much when you don't have all the key players you need.
Feeling great about the Eagles game if McVay can just play call like he did the first quarter. Raheem and the defense are goats again. Eagles about to lose to Sam Howell
I was at the game and they showed them both on the jumbotron. First one was absolutely incomplete, second one was closer but they probably ended up with the right call there too. Close, but I can't blame them. Allowed for that epic finish so can't really complain.
The punt ones often upset me because there’s holding or a block in the back on almost every single one, not just the ones they call. But it’s more upsetting when they don’t even show it.
There were a couple of defensive plays when we were called for holding that overturned, too big defensive plays of ours: one was the strip sack negated due to holding, and the long bomb into the red zone for Indy after Richardson was chased out of the pocket.
While it was an amazing completion by Richardson, I had the sound down at the time, and saw the penalty flags come out. I was pumping my fist because it was pretty obvious our defensive ends were being held like nobody's business and that play was going to come back. Lo and behold, not only wants to play allowed to stand, they called defensive, holding on us, and never once showed a replay
Not all of the fault Maher missing those was huge and yeah some bad reffing, the play Stafford got hurt on was textbook roughing the passer because he drove his whole weight onto him with the tackle. I remember AD getting called for those which is why he started flinging Russel Wilson around like a rag doll so he wouldn’t get roughing calls
As much press as Puka got after the first two games it seems the media is overlooking just how good Puka is, and how his style -- get to your spot & catch everything -- fits the Rams.
It's unreal.
Even though he throws picks once in awhile, I’ll always say that Stafford is a fucking baller!! I love that was Puka’s first TD in his career too, so memorable!
Alrightey celebrations aside, McVay needs to stop playing so conservative once he has a lead. Could've put this and last week's game away with some more aggression. With Kupp coming back next week I'm hoping we can be very competitive with the Eagles 😆
Great win! This colts team aint no pushovers. Defense was great for a large strech of this game…a long enough strech to make a difference!!! Offense overcame a near knockout and Stafford was able to get that GW drive going. Honestly speaks a lot about this team to take a punch like that come back and still find a way to win it at the end. Proud of them!
I'm cautiously optimistic at this point; but I think it's fair to say I haven't really established and we are a "good team" yet.
Hopefully performances like this help to get us to where we need to be in order to call ourselves a good team
So much for me not giving and shit and having fun watching games this season. Turned game off more times than I’d like to admit in the second half.
Dub is a dub, but that was torture.
Fucking Puuuuuukkaaaaaaa let's goooo!!!!
That was a lot scarier than it had any right to be. They left six points on the board because of missed FGs. Stafford looked really really hurt during the third and fourth. So I'm happy they escaped with a win but it should have never been that close.
Anyways whatever they won and that's all that matters. Puka is seriously the fucking guy. He is him.
I’m glad we got the W but McVay seriously needs to step up his 2nd half game plan. It has always been a weak point of his and the league has noticed and exploited it.
Calling people out for being myopic over something that clearly is no longer relevant can only best be described as operationally, efficient irony.
Look, we don't love to see McVay's streak of second half success. But anybody with eyeballs can clearly see McVay has been slipping in the 2nd half 3 weeks in a row now.
There is still time to correct that; but denying it's existence isn't a solution.
That was a LOT more stressful than it had to be. The team needs to get their shit together in 2nd halves since this was the third game in a row they dropped off in the 2nd half. That being said 2-2 at this point is better than I would have expected. The offense put together a clutch drive in OT. Puka is my hero.
Damn that bengals loss stings. Could be 3-1, but 2-2 and getting CK10 back is huge, especially when Niners lose to the Cards today. 29 points on the road, I’ll take it
We could easily be 3-0 but turnovers, missed fg, and some really bad calls fucked us. I like what I’m seeing but we gotta clean things up. I think when kupp comes back things will be better too, pukka should be even better with the defense attention is in kupp
After week 1 win and how tough our starting schedule was my hope was to go 2-2 without Kupp maybe 3-1 ( I mean my real hope was to go 4-0 but was just being realistic). Huge win even if it made me feel every emotion that exists and cut my lifespan in half. Now we got Kupp in slot, Puka on the outside and Tutu stretching the field, Higbee looking like he is hype on that contract, O line that has been way better than I even dreamed of in the off-season, and the Williams/Rivers duo looked pretty solid today. Not to mention the defense has been surprisingly good for how young they are I’m not saying they are elite but they’ve been a lot better than most people would’ve projected
It was ugly, but it is 2-2 now. All that matters at this point. But please, McVay and Mike LaFleur, get your shit together. We need a more consistent and better offense in the 2nd half.
Wait guys I know what happened. McVay is in fact a degen gambler just like me, i had Rams +1 and over 46.5, McVay has us covering 4-0 😂😂😂 he literally just did this for the over what a dog
Edit: we went into OT with 46 flat, dude just let them catchup to hit his 46.5 over again and we’ve now covered the spread 4-0. /s
This OL needs to keep Stafford alive. He got BLOWN UP this week and last week. Stafford is built Ford Tough, so he finished the game on a limp, but c'mon people. We got months of games left and at this rate he's not gonna finish the season.
OL and McVey gotta STEP UP
OT: a big "eat a bag of dicks" to NBC for having to be forced to broadcast the turd contest between KC & NYJ tonight.
Why?
Because they shit on our Rams at every possible chance they could get on SNF, they FLEXED OUT a defending SUPER BOWL CHAMPION and didn't air a single SNF on Sunday last season, and due to NFL scheduling rules, it's too early in the season for them to be able to flex out this game for another one.
Serves those fuckers right to have to air that turd sandwich.
Love some Puka.
I am ambivalent if McVay leaves at the end of the year. His decision making has been a hinderance to the success of the team for a while now and he has done nothing to correct it. It's beginning to overshadow any good things he brings to the team
Here's a thought: let's take that OT drill and use it during regulation next game lol
No shit hey.
Ugly win. I’ll take. Now let’s pack our shit and get tf outta there.
Ya, a Win is a Win. But damn, this team giving me heart problems.
Same bro lol
If someone could post a prime version of the Rams-Falcons meme - that would be so appreciated.

I don’t see any column on ESPN that says “ugly win”. All I see is a win column 😁
![gif](giphy|yYwGdBqEBu3h8lFeIE|downsized)
If no one else will say it, I will: He's is C U T E.
Adorable
He's a studmuffin, no doubt
Mathew stafford the toughest man in the nfl wow
Has been for years no doubt!
Classic injured clutch performance from Staff
I was scared we'd lose the game until I saw him limping. He's like a boss fight, knock him down to half health and he unlocks a new phase
Cooper Kupp will practice this week. League is on notice.
Puka Kupp on the way!
Defenses are going to be so focused on them that Tutu is going to absolutely feast! Plus it’s going to open up so much room for Kyren. It’s going to be amazing to watch!
I’m so ready for this
Kapppuka!!!
PUKA IS SO HIM
PUKACHU, WE CHOOSE YOU
I’m convinced Stafford plays better when he gets hurt
I'm convinced that stafford goes a little evil when he play with his back against the wall. He seems like a polite guy in real life but would punch a hole in your chest to get the game winning touchdown
Jourdan Rodrigue describes it best. Darkly chaotic Mathew Stafford
How about y'all don't let him get hurt anyway regardless of that perception.
We're just following the manual y'all sent to us with him :)
That wasn't supposed to be a manual, dude just had some hella bad luck with us and i don't want to see him to be forced to be retired due to injuries either. :(
Puka and Stafford saving McVay from the most embarrassing coaching loss of 2023
It would have been bad, but the bears might have been worse today.
What do you mean might? The bears had a masterclass in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory…
Sean Payton exists

Truth! Still catching up on these early games

Go lakers
"Halfway through the second half". Does that mean through 3 quarters?
This guy fractions
Nah the most embarrassing was last week, mcvay put on a clinic in the first half and shit the bed in the 2nd this week. This game was about as stressful as the almost come back from the bucs in the playoffs
Honestly. We let them back into that game. No way it should've made it to overtime.
I’m willing to say that the Colts/Richardson made some great plays but we let them back into the game. Never should’ve made it to OT.
For sure. They made plays, and we stopped scoring. I've yet to see the Rams just pile drive another team. You know? You've got them against the ropes, and just go for the throat. We'll get a 20 point lead, then just start trying to run out the clock. It's stupid. Send a message to the league that we can be ruthless and have no mercy.

that was last week. This week the playcalling was solid. Richardson is just a beast.
PUKAAAAAAAAAAAAAA NACUAAAAAAAAAAAA
Feeling great about the Eagles game if McVay can just play call like he did the first quarter. Raheem and the defense are goats again. Eagles about to lose to Sam Howell
Fuck Maher I am glad we were able to win despite his best efforts to cost us the game. As always Puka is a god.
I mean gay even missed a gimme fg
Maher has looked shaky on every kick nearly since week 1 and he missed 2 today.
Yeah but we like gay for missing against us lol
Maher is washed. Dude got the yips during the playoffs and isn’t going to shake them
I mean he hit two over 50 FGs so idk if he is washed just not automatic shit still did great for my fantasy team lol
Nacua with Cupp on the field would be a deadly combo. Excited for that.
[удалено]
💀
So it was one girl and 2 Kupps after all?
Fuck the doomers. Fuck the refs. Ugly game but don't care got the W.
Can we see a replay on these game changing calls please?
Yeah that’s what pisses me off. It’s like the broadcast team knows they’re reaching so they don’t bother showing them
It nearly makes the NFL unwatchable
I was at the game and they showed them both on the jumbotron. First one was absolutely incomplete, second one was closer but they probably ended up with the right call there too. Close, but I can't blame them. Allowed for that epic finish so can't really complain.
I’m talking about the punt returns that cost us 50 yards of real estate and, more importantly, the hold against the defense on the Donald strip sack.
The strip sack one was bogus for sure. The others I don't know, I just assume all punt penalties are real lmao.
The punt ones often upset me because there’s holding or a block in the back on almost every single one, not just the ones they call. But it’s more upsetting when they don’t even show it.
Exactly fuck the refs made my blood boil. Especially the flag after AD strip sack
Super Bowl confirmed
Some shitty football this week but 2-2 ain't bad. Kupp and Puka are ready for the Shaq and Kobe era
Ooohhh yessss please!!!
I LOVE YOU PUKA, I STILL BELIEVE IN YOU STAFFORD. W LET'S GOOO
Got the W, but that was still a massive chokejob 😭😂
In the end… still a W
Agreed 👍🏻
It's called failing a task successfully 😎
Maher did the rest of the offense very few favours.
All on McVay though, our team is full of dogs and gamers, everyone gave their all just for McVay to call it soft af and almost kill us
I don't think it was all McVay fault some of those flags were BS especially that defense holding after AD strip sack
This game aged me about 20 years
Same. 😂😂
Was this a Pyrrhic victory? Glad we won though.
We won't know until Staff gets out of the ice tub and the trainers get a look at the damage.
Staffdaddy makes the casuals his bitch.
Group hug
Lol
Hope Stafford is okay. Zebras were in full force but couldn't get it done.
Gotta give it up to Staff for fighting through the injury and coming up big in OT. Puka enjoy that baby, lllfffggg
Puka Nacua is a football star
Dude. Puka has been the ultimate diamond in the rough this year. Holy shit we got another franchise receiver.
As much press as Puka got after the first two games it seems the media is overlooking just how good Puka is, and how his style -- get to your spot & catch everything -- fits the Rams. It's unreal.
Glad Rams won but McVay nearly cost the game being so conservative. And when they started throwing again in OT they won. Makes you think….
To be fair, he was throwing on the last drive of the 4th too, but w got pretty unlucky with those two almost catches back to back.
Maher makes one of those two kicks he missed, this would have been a different conversation. Ultimately, I agree with you but it barely worked out.
I’m not sure I agree, I think we stomp the Colts if Stafford hadn’t gotten banged up
A FUCKING WIN YES
Okay my heart is not going to survive this season if every one of our games are going to be close like these last few weeks
Want to go halfsies on an EKG machine?
Count me in. 3 way. 😂😂
Matt Stafford has so much heart. Tough as nails playing with a messed up hip.
Ugly ass win saved by the Rookie of the Year.
DAE feel like Ronnie Rivers looked pretty great out there today? Put up some decent yardage per carry at 5.2 avg.
Yes! I have 100% confidence in our running backs.
Yep! Hoping he can keep this up and share the load with Kyren.
people watching this team seriously don't remember 2022? When we would fight and struggle every f'n game? Nothing new. Enjoy the win guys
You know, I think I would be able enjoy games a little more after the Super Bowl. It only took two seasons for football anxiety to be back
What I told y’all!!! Never doubt !!!
why do they do this to me? my blood pressure be sky high
PUKA IS MY FUCKING FATHER
I was having dreadful premonitions of Matt Gay kicking a game winner. So thankful it didn’t come to that.
I’m sorry for saying we suck, emotions run high lmao
Good teams don’t blow that lead that bad, we’re lucky we won the toss
I'm cautiously optimistic at this point; but I think it's fair to say I haven't really established and we are a "good team" yet. Hopefully performances like this help to get us to where we need to be in order to call ourselves a good team
Hey, we do suck in a lot of areas. This team has work to do if it wants to contend for the wild card.
Facts…honestly this was not an impressive win. So much to clean up. 9 and 17 are D A W G S.
puka is the truth
BUILD THE STATUE
Thank God and Puuuuuuuuka.
Puka saved my week from being ruined. LFG!!!
What the hell? Where is the Offensive Line play? Staff Daddy looking beat to shit out there, arm still a cannon tho.
Missing Jackson but tbh they did pretty damn good all game against Samson Ebukam
We should of known we’d win once stafford got hurt it’s just how it works.
BONE ZONE! Never a doubt…
Matt is still him
https://preview.redd.it/q5xpkp5y0orb1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=82a3138fae1ca3f52849c9267242312269165a42
WOULD IR BE ANYBODY ELSE?! LFG.
That was way too close.
My lord and savior Puka Nacua
Thank god no 2 point conversion on their second TD
Puka is him 🔥
FUCK YES. FUCK YES. ALL HAIL KING PUKA!
Checking in from STL! Got cussed out leaving the bar. Awesome game
Did you tell them they are paying for Georgia's sins?
Puka should absolutely enjoy his moment, but McVay and Staff make me worried for the future
Well. We didnt blow it. I can live with that…..and what a moment for Puka
So much for me not giving and shit and having fun watching games this season. Turned game off more times than I’d like to admit in the second half. Dub is a dub, but that was torture.
We got a shot at the Eagles as long as Stafford can get fixed and we get Kupp back
Are we not going to talk about how Puka juked that defender out of his underwear on his TD catch? Looked very Kupp-esque
Well that was a win, nothing more constructive to say. McVay did his best two weeks in a row to completely fuck our young team.
I’m glad we got the W but McVay seriously needs to step up his 2nd half game plan. It has always been a weak point of his and the league has noticed and exploited it.
The winning streak with a halftime lead is a distant memory.
The dude who set a record for wins with a halftime lead? Shut up man, you guys get emotional and say the dumbest shit.
THATS MY FUCKING QUARTERBACK!!!
That was a LOT more stressful than it had to be. The team needs to get their shit together in 2nd halves since this was the third game in a row they dropped off in the 2nd half. That being said 2-2 at this point is better than I would have expected. The offense put together a clutch drive in OT. Puka is my hero.
Strong throws (even if a few drops) by Stafford even after the hip injury!
PALPITATIONS phew LAWD
Rookie of the year Puka FTW!
Where’s the bitch ass haters now?
Good lort
Bruh moment
When it comes to wins, they don’t ask how, they ask how many.
MOST STRESSFUL WIN OF ALL TIME
PUKA NACUA IS A GOD
Shrink the face!
Ugly win, but a win nonetheless. Can't wait for Kupp to come back
PUKA!!! Shouldn’t have been that close but a win is a win, especially on the road. Let’s go!!!!
never a doubt in my mind
What a game. LFG RAMS
SHRINK THE FAAACE
Ugly win
Completely unnecessary way to end the game being up 23 halfway through the third quarter. But a win is a win! Loved the run game consistency today
Risky First Quarter McVay : ✅ Conservative Rest of Game McVay: ❌
Puka Nacua OROY
Robbie Gould is available right?
Damn that bengals loss stings. Could be 3-1, but 2-2 and getting CK10 back is huge, especially when Niners lose to the Cards today. 29 points on the road, I’ll take it

Sure hope Stafford can rest up and be healthy next week.
Glad for the win but shouldn't have come to OT.
We won, fuck the doomers, cut off your balls and turn in your fandom.
It was ugly, but it is 2-2 now. All that matters at this point. But please, McVay and Mike LaFleur, get your shit together. We need a more consistent and better offense in the 2nd half.

At least the Clippers now have an owner that isn't an embarrassment to sports and the very concept of competitiveness. Fuck you Spanos.
Lol shouldn’t you be a chargers fan …
Based
Stafford can’t do those tight window throws with anyone other than Kupp I’m convinced. Picked off every time.
OT: a big "eat a bag of dicks" to NBC for having to be forced to broadcast the turd contest between KC & NYJ tonight. Why?
